On the day of collection I noticed a small scratch on the car, it was immediately taken back into the workshop where it was polished and rectified. I would highly recommend S James Prestige.

From top to bottom, an efficient and professional service was provided. In particular, my sale was handled by Khloe from the very beginning, who was very informative and professional. She provided all the details in a transparent manner, but was also clearly working to make sure that I felt valued as a customer and also got exactly what I wanted. The car itself - wonderful purchase. Clean car with no concerns. They really look after their cars and it is clear to see how meticulous they are. Matt helped us on the day of purchase and he was both efficient and courteous. Overall, the whole sale process was incredibly easy, with a great car purchased at the end. Hassle free car shopping. Fantastic range of quality used cars on offer. The team were able to have the car made ready for collection within 2 weeks following payment of my deposit (paid over the phone). Communications from Khloe (Sales) was excellent. Clear, concise and accurate by phone and text. Approx £25 in a taxi from Peterborough train station to their facility in Stamford. On collection day I noticed a few minor scratches (expected to a certain extent with a used car) however they arranged for Mark (resident detailer) to come and work his magic. Much appreciated. In addition whilst inspecting the car I noticed a small tear/rip in the material on the post between front and rear passenger side doors. Given this was a Sunday and I live approx 300 miles away Khloe was able to arrange for the damaged section to be removed/replaced. This was carried out by Jake one of the Technicians who very kindly came in at short notice (and on his day off) to come and resolve the issue. Very much appreciated. During the additional work being carried out my wife and I were offered hot/cold drinks and were able to relax on the benches in the grounds of the facility. I left Stamford for the drive back to Glasgow a happy customer. If you’re in the market for a quality second hand car then I’d highly recommend S James Prestige.
