Bought a BMW 520d Touring & Mercedes Benz C220d from Natalie at S James Prestige …. 2 fabulous cars which were meticulously prepared .. we drove 140miles to collect them and we were really impressed with the whole set up … Natalie couldn’t do enough for us , right from putting the deposit down to collection of the vehicles .
Excellent value used cars with really nice spec and both look individual with the extras added .
Keep up the great work guys , we will be definitely coming back ⭐️

This is our third car from S James. They make them look so good that others look ‘standard’ and not of comparable quality. We’ll no doubt be back in a few years time!

A great service all round with S James, really pleased with the car and how it all went. Service was class to, I had asked a lot of questions and I mainly dealt with Khloe, who was superb in getting but to me with answers , even out of her work time which was appreciated. Will happily recommend abs most likely use again myself when the time comes! Thank you.
1 small point, when I visited to pick up the car I did point out a small chip in the windscreen as I thought they would have mentioned beforehand it or replaced even, the man I was dealing with when I picked it up did say it had been filled.

Where to I begin from start when we entered the dealership it gave us good impressions, the service was outstanding any questions you needed to know about vehicle was answered directly without checking.
The vehicle was stunning clean and all round spectacular. Will definitely buy from them again
As well as they do deposits on the phone you feel like you can’t trust it, rest assure these guys definitely legit for anyone who’s wondering or is unsure

Bought an E Class E220 from S James Prestige, from the first phone call all the way to collection I had a great experience, I was made to feel welcome at collection and the transaction was very smooth and easy. I can definitely recommend these guys the cars they have and service by all the staff is amazing

Incredibly happy with the level of customer service and the quality of car provided! Natalie worked hard to ensure that I was able to collect my car on Christmas Eve and I haven’t looked back!
My only note would be to be given an option to have been able to get some mats provided, as I’m still waiting on them from an external company due to the time of year and with the rain it’s caused a little mess inside
