Really happy with the car I received from S James, The whole process of buying online was simple. I had to travel about 6hours to go and pick up the car, and I was a little apprehensive as I basically bought a car on the back of some pictures online of a similar vehicle. All I can say is I shouldn't of been worried at all, the car was prepared to an exceptional level, over and above what a main dealer has provided me in the past. I took the 3 year warranty also as it was very competitive and we will see how that service looks in the future if I need it. If I was to offer a few tips that would have been nice to improve the service, it would definitely be a pickup service at the station, as it’s quite far out of Peterborough. I would have also loved the option to keep the original wheels as it’s perfect for winter tyres etc.
Overall the car was 4years old and 50k on the clock, and it really was in showroom condition, quite amazing really 👍

I had always dreamt of purchasing a Mercedes C-Class Coupe and I finally found one from the amazing James Prestige. I’ve always looked on their website due to their cars looking top quality and I could not be happier with my dream car and the service I received from Khloe and the team. This is the second time I have bought from SJ Prestige and the service was so much better this time round as Khloe assisted quickly and efficiently throughout the week to answer any questions and send photos or videos as required. If you are buying from SJ I would totally recommend asking for Khloe to help you through the process !

Fast, effective service all questions answered, I had the pleasure of Dealing with Natalie over the phone as I live a few hundred miles away from the garage. I enquired about the car on the Sunday, videos were sent over of the modifications that has been fitted and of the vehicle as it stood, It was on my drive by the following Saturday can’t fault a thing
