very bad experience!! bought a car that is not safe! 1 week ago. used there so called fantastic warranty company that fobbed me off. rang the garage back with my serious problems with clutch and braking system just to be told a load of rubbish. trading standards and money back for us. I advise people to check car properly before purchase as this is where I failed.

SPOKE WITH HIM TIMES HE WAS TO CONTACT WARRANTIS 2000 WHERE HE WAS TO TAKE TO A GARAGE WARRANTY COMPANY USES FOR REPAIR THIS GUY WAS TRYING IN MY OPINION TO GET HIS MATE IN THE GARAGE TO DO THE LIST OF ADVISORYS ON MOT

I have heard bad things about warranties 2000 I think they are a bit Mickey mouse company
Bought my cars here for years never a problem great value and well cleaned and great service
Bought a Rover 75 v6 from Shotton Part Exchange, its an excellent car and not a bad price drives like new.
Bought a car from this place and I wish I never drove home the oil light and engine management light came on took it to a garage and they told me the head gasket has gone took it back to shotton car ex they took it in said they fixed it but when I got it back and driving home the same thing happened took it to a well known garage and the main dealer both said head gasket and have gave me a report I phoned shotton car ex and they are refusing to fix it and refusing to give money back The only thing I can do now is take them to court to get my money back. THIS IS A SHOCKING CAR COMPANY DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE YOU WILL GET A GOOD CAR THAT WILL LAST SHOTTONS CARS LOOK NICE AND CLEAN BUT I THINK THEY ARE NOT HOW THEY APPEAR JUDGING ON MY PURCHASE.

Stay away from this company. Not honest at all or decent in their trading. Point blank refused a refund for a car they knew was dodgy.
I found the car at Shotton Part Exchange Centre to be excellent value for money.
