More than happy with SR motor. I love my car and would definitely use SR motor again for future cars

Even though we were only buying a Mercedes-Benz M Class, Niaz treated me as though I was buying a brand new Rolls Royce. I even said that to him and he just said every customer, no matter what they are buying, deserves to be treated with the same care and attention. I really liked that attitude, it went a long way to making us feel special while we were there. He was a very nice guy and even with being busy, he lived up to his word and took care of us. They prepared the car very well too, I must say. They did a very good job of putting it all together and making it a good overall experience. It ticks all the boxes you would want. I saw there was the odd negative comment in the reviews but I think those people must just be very fussy as I cannot relate to them at all based on the experience we had. The whole team are great and make great coffee too. I had a good chuckle with Niaz and drove away very happy. Both my wife and I are very happy with the car, I am enjoying driving it and she is enjoying being driven in it. We took it to London to see some family at the weekend and even though my brother has just had a brand new Volvo, I still think mine is better. Plus, Mercedes did win the F1 so that is just an extra bargaining chip for me to hold over him haha! The only thing is I still can't figure out all the technology in it. I have got a little booklet to help and my granddaughter comes over and teaches me what to do as well. It is amazing though, I learn something new about it every week so it is keeping that new car feeling alive for us.

When I went to get my BMW X1, they were great. They were all friendly and helpful not just the salesman who was handling my deal. They were very polite and everything was just as you would expect. They were expecting me when I arrived so they had got everything ready for me and even though there were quite a few customers they didn't waste any time in getting me seen to. I was never waiting around for more than a few minutes which is what you want really as nobody wants to have to wait for hours. It was all just nice and straightforward and everything has been great with the car too. I can never give top marks though, I always think there is room for improvement as nothing in life is perfect.

With being based in Wales, I looked to order a van online for my cousins business. It was all a relatively smooth process and the van was delivered within a day of the deal being done. The online process is very well done overall and I would definitely do it again if they had what I wanted at the time. The van is working out very nicely for my cousins business too, he has no complaints about it at all. It is doing the job and we are just looking at getting some advertising on it next.

SR Motor Group are quite local to me so they were the first place I thought to look for my new car. I started off on their website to have a look at what they had available so I didn't have a wasted journey. The website was so easy to use and I liked what I was seeing so I went down to have a closer look in person. They were friendly from the second I got there, they even offered me a coffee! They looked after me well the whole time and all the little things like the coffee made the difference for me and made them stand out. I haven't got a bad thing to say about them. My Volkswagen Golf is lovely and I am very happy with my purchase. After this one I think I will probably upsize a bit so hopefully SR Motor Group will sort me out then too.

My wife and I love our Volkswagen Tiguan, we both drive it a lot both here and overseas so it was really important to find something we were both comfortable driving. When we went to have a look at it, we both took it on a brief test drive and both of us were happy with it which made it all a lot easier. The whole experience was good, they looked after us well and just helped us get what we needed. The car is in great condition too. Just need to get a reversing camera fitted now to help the wife with parking 😂

I do a lot of courier work so I needed a van that was spacious enough for everything I transport. This varies from day to day so having something with a big space in the back is perfect and makes it more versatile. The Ford Transit I bought from SR Motor Group in Swindon is ideal for what I needed. It is in a good condition and I am very happy with it.

The customer service from these guys is really good. They are really nice people and took the time to make me feel comfortable. They were even giving me tips on what to put down on my insurance to help me get a cheaper deal. I am not car savvy so it stood out to me when they went the extra mile to make sure I had what I needed and understood everything about the car. Hopefully my Vauxhall Corsa will last for many years to come but when the time does come for a new car this will be the first place I look.

We bought a Citroen Relay for our business and it is brilliant. It is working nicely and is a perfectly fine vehicle. We found them online first of all and started the process off that way before going down to collect the van. The customer service was very good, I really can't fault them. The whole process was very easy and smooth. It was just perfect really, what more could you want.

I have had my Audi A4 for a little while now but every time I think back to when I bought it, it makes me smile due to how good the experience was. They were just really professional and took the time to help me feel comfortable with them and with my decision. They gave me time to ask any questions I needed and it was all a pleasant experience. I don't have a bad word to say about them and I love my A4 as much now as I did on my test drive.
