The overall customer service was a fabulous experience, and Leigh was fantastic. I couldn't ask for better service, to be honest. I was well informed, offered a test drive, and no one stepped a foot wrong. I'm happy to give them 5*! As for the car I'm getting on well with my A4 I've not come across any issues.

My Q3 is a super car and I'm really enjoying it! I’m still getting used to all the gadgets that come with a newer model, but it’s been a great experience so far and I'm sure I'll figure them out. I initially got a second-hand car from Stafford Audi for my son and was happy with the service, so I went back to look for another car for myself, and before I knew it, I had found the perfect one. The whole process was professional but very comfortable—just how I want to do business.

I love it my new car! I had an A3 a few years ago, but with 2 dogs, I had to trade it for a Golf with a bigger boot. Now I’m back to an Audi, and I’m very pleased with the decision. I’m slowly getting used to all the new features, but I’ve got the essentials like the radio and sat-nav down to a T. I can’t remember the salesman’s name, but he was excellent, I never felt pressured or put on the spot. What a great company.

I like to arrange test drives before I commit to the car so I booked this before heading down to the dealership and I was pleased to see that the car was ready to go and the team stuck to my allocated time. After a quick drive, I was more than pleased to go ahead with the car. Leigh took all of the stress away from me after I agreed to take the car, it was really smooth and the paperwork was handled quickly. I've now worked everything out on the car and I'm very impressed with it.

At the moment, I'm really pleased with the service I received from Martin but the real test will come if I ever have an issue with the car and how he handles it! but while I was making the purchase of my Audi E-Tron the service was perfect. He was really easy to get along with and told me everything I needed to know before making a deal. The car has been going well for the time being.

I'm getting on really well with my new Audi. I had an older Q2 before this one, and it's safe to say I'm not missing the old one at all. This newer model has everything I wanted in the first one. Luke was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for him, and he was brilliant throughout. I didn’t even need to take the car out on a test drive since I’d had a Q2 before, I was just too excited to take it home. They even waited overnight for me to make my decision, so I’m really happy with the service. If I were to come back, I’d want the sale to go the same way. The team deserves the praise!
