Martin was brilliant to deal with, he was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. I couldn’t make it until after work, but he made sure everything was ready to go when I arrived. The whole process was streamlined. I'm getting on great with my Audi A6. I’d wanted one for a while, and this fits the bill perfectly. Easy 5*

Luke was the gentleman who sold me my Audi A3 and he was really good, excellent in fact. The only issue I'm having with my car is that I struggle to connect my wife's Apple CarPlay, but otherwise, it's been all good.

4 stars because there is always room for improvement, but the service was perfect. I've had a couple of Audi's now, and the sale went as expected. Georgina gave me all of the information I needed, and the Q3 has been all good since driving away.

To be honest, I wouldn't change anything about my visit. Luke made the whole process seamless, and I couldn't pick a single fault. This isn't my Audi as I've had multiple before this one, but up to now, it's been excellent.

Very good experience, and I'm really pleased with the car. It was my first time visiting Stafford Audi, and the service was excellent right from the initial phone contact to driving away. All of the important stuff was done over the phone or via email like the negotiations and the collecting of information about the car, so when it came to collecting it everyone knew what was going on, which was helpful with me living so far away. It was Martin I was dealing with over the phone but he was away when it came to collecting the Audi. Non the less, the handover still went smoothly.

My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because I had an issue where I needed to get the MMI replaced, but this isn't a reflection of Stafford Audi. Luke has been amazing all the way through my experience, he even went out of his way to get the car from Brighton for us, which was really helpful. I thought he was very knowledgeable, and when I had the MMI issue he was brilliant at assisting me.

I had an Audi A6 for a long time, and although I decided to go for the smaller A4 this time, I couldn’t be happier. It’s newer, feels a lot better, and I’m really enjoying the drive. Everything has been great on my end, no issues at all!
