I didn’t really know what car I wanted except it had to be smallish and automatic. I was given excellent advice on this and on the financing options. Alex was very patient making sure I had all the information I needed and delivered the car so my first drive was on familiar roads. A very good experience as the only other dealer l had encountered on this search was condescending (reminiscent of the bad old days when car salesmen talked down to women).

I bought my HRV Elegance a week ago and received excellent service from Alex. He explained everything very carefully and nothing was too much trouble for him, even though the purchasing arrangements have changed since I bought my previous HRV three years ago. Since 2008 I have bought four Honda Civics and now two HRVs from Startin Honda Worcester and the service I have received has always been excellent.
