I didn’t really know what car I wanted except it had to be smallish and automatic. I was given excellent advice on this and on the financing options. Alex was very patient making sure I had all the information I needed and delivered the car so my first drive was on familiar roads. A very good experience as the only other dealer l had encountered on this search was condescending (reminiscent of the bad old days when car salesmen talked down to women).

I was undecided about brand, model and new v used car when I made an initial enquiry to Startin Honda. Anthony dealt with my query quickly and efficiently, with a professional and friendly approach. He drew my attention to a car he felt was right for me, I was still undecided. Anthony kept in contact offering information and answering my questions with a non pressured sales manner. I decided to buy the car and collected it yesterday. Anthony made the paperwork easy and spent time showing me the features of the vehicle so that I felt comfortable driving away. I bought my HRV Elegance a week ago and received excellent service from Alex. He explained everything very carefully and nothing was too much trouble for him, even though the purchasing arrangements have changed since I bought my previous HRV three years ago. Since 2008 I have bought four Honda Civics and now two HRVs from Startin Honda Worcester and the service I have received has always been excellent.
A very good service. Alex was helpful and made sure l was comfortable with every thing even offering to take me out for a second test drive after l had bought the car.

Walked into the showroom and Alex took charge of us showed us all three possible used cars we were choosing from, explained the specs of each. He didn't pressure us at all to choose but when we had Alex clearly explained what would be done, what we needed to do, what they did, and when the car would be ready, updated us during the process and all went as smoothly as he said. Friendly and first class service.
