He was most helpful and answered all the questions that we needed to ask, and he was very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us out and he looked after us well. We would definitely recommend the dealership to buy a car from as it was an excellent smooth hassle free sale with no issues.

From start to finish everybody I spoke to from Lisa Natalie handled everything for me everything nice and easy. Everything explained really good and at the handover from the lad driving from Worcester to the Northeast everything lovely can’t fault these guys would certainly buy from them again in the future.

Alex McCathie was respectful, patient, pleasant and cheerful whilst steering me through the process of returning my old car and purchasing a new car. He explained the paperwork clearly as he went through all the machinations of the process. He showed all the new features in the new vehicle and how to access them, giving me understandable instructions. It all felt easy and smooth.

I love the Honda having owned a CRV for 16 years and then a Jazz for 9 years. It is still a stressful thing to do as a lot of money to then maybe get it wrong. I needn't have worried as Alex Peck was brilliant from the first online contact and video. I was made very welcome at the Showroom and although I had one car I particularly liked, Alex was still happy to answer any questions about others to help me make the right decision for me. Great experience and I have no qualms about calling him at all if I have any queries about anything.

We recently purchased a second hand Honda CRV from Honda Startin Worcester. We dealt entirely with Alex Peck. Right from the beginning he could not have been more helpful or informative, nothing was too much trouble. He sent us a video of the vehicle to view prior to an appointment the next day at a time convenient to us. He was available to see us immediately we arrived He showed us around the vehicle giving us information and answering all our questions. Then gave us some space to look at it together. He took us out for a test drive and was informative, helpful, encouraging and patient and this was much appreciated as we are older and haven’t driven automatic cars before. My husband was fine driving it, but as I didn’t want to drive it until we owned it, he kindly offered to make and send me a video I could refer to should I need it in the future, which I appreciated. When we decided we would like to purchase the car he went through all the different things you offered incase any were of interest to us, but we had decided before we arrived what we were interested in. The car was ready for collection at the agreed time and date and all the things that had been promised had been completed. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received from Alex he even said we could contact him should we need any more help on the future.
