I purchased a new Honda Civic in April and loved the car.Unfortunately an ongoing back problem worsened making it difficult and painful to get in and out of the vehicle.Solution was to part ex it for a ZRV which I did through the services of Alex MaCathie again.Part exchange prices were disappointing, due to the timing of new car registrations, but once again Alex’s service was first class.I have no doubt that service will be extended through all departments of the dealership.

From when I first entered the front door I was welcomed with extremely friendly staff. It was Alex that helped me and sorted everything extremely efficiently. The test drive was perfect and enjoyable. Sorted everything out back in the office for delivery. All sorted but 3 days before collection had a week in hospital. Everyone was extremely helpful and concerned. We had to postpone collection for a week, No problem. Picked up last Saturday once again Alex was his normal helpful self. I would like to thank Honda Startins Worcester for there help when I had a small accident in my civic they were able to advice if needed to be insurance claim or not . I have since changed it to a Honda Automatic HRV and I am enjoying it after always saying I would never have one. My thanks go out to all the team . Particularly Ben Cash for his understanding of my predicament and guiding me through changing my car, also Mark Christian and Adam who were very approachable .
