They sell broken cars but they say are in perfect condition , save your time don t buy it.

Bought a VW Golf in March 2020, within a month had serious issues, Wheel bearing was noisy and car kept slowing down, apparently it needed an EGR valve,couldn't contact Steve James due to lockdown, when we finally did, didn't want to know, was very rude and told us we were out of warranty, which expired in lockdown and they were uncontactable!!! Tried to get the car repaired, now all the injectors are blown on it, had two diagnostics done at VW, they admitted the car had been recalled by themselves for a replacement EGR valve, we did our own investigations and found that the Golf is an EA189 engine and part of the VW scandal engines which, if he was a true dealer would have been aware of but didn not inform us, also failed to inform us that the finance company needed to be told of any faults with the car which is still on finance, not had the car on the road for over a year still paying for it, finance company just as unhelpful, Taxi drivers didn't have a good word to say about the company Steve James liquidated the company AGAIN in late 2021/early2022 leaving a trail of very angry ripped off customers who cannot touch them for compensation due to it being a limited company.

Bought a Silver Hyundai IX35 back in October 2021. Have waited until now to make my review. From day 1 car has been a super buy. Excellent customer service. Very pleased with my purchase. 9 months on and no issues whatsoever.

Had a lovely car from this company but the. Within 2 weeks needed a new battery. Then within a month need a new fuel injector ohhh and what a surprise needs the other fuel injector doing again. Cars been off the road for a while. Car is needed as has a very poorly son who’s in and out off hospital not long had open heart surgery aswell. We live in wales so it’s like a 2 hour drive to alderhey every four weeks. Company not interested if something wrong with car we even pay for extra warrenty… thought they was a lovely garage very helpful when purchasing the car but when it comes to the car needing something doing they didn’t want to know. So now without a car till we can afford to get it fixed if it weren’t for the fact we need the car to rely on for my disabled sons hospital appointments then we wouldn’t off bothered. People need to be aware off this company!!!

I bought a car which was really nice and gave me a 1 month warranty which was very helpful for me.

Absolutely shocking. Sold us a shed. Now we are left with a car no one can fix and it’s on finance We have had the car for only 31 days before it collapsed MY ADVICE - STEER CLEAR
