I wanted to leave feedback for Target Cars Derby because the after sales service is some of the best ive ever had. I came to see a car last week and fell in love with it straight away, The manager Kevin was patient and completely honest helping make the experience as pain free as possible. After having it delivered I did discover a minor fault with one of the seals but Kevin was quick to offer taking it straight in, getting the issue fixed as soon as possible and even offering to deliver it once the repair had been carried out. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy a used quality car from a reputable dealer that really cares about the customer.

We advertise to a wide audience nowadays , our Warranty provider covers Nationwide so in the unlikely event you do get a mechanical issue crop up you can have the matter resolved locally. Hey.... 75 miles is nothing!, we sold a car to a buyer on the Isle of Skye , but our current distance record is shipping a BMW Touring bike to Kuala Lumpur - I kid you not, we had to find out the conversion rate for Malaysian Ringgit's to £GBP !

We purchased a citroen c3 for my wife in june and we were really impressed with Max the salesman who was professional from the start.We have had one minor issue with the car but it was sorted out very quickly and is now ok. We would advise anyone wanting a good quality used car to give Target Cars a try. Excellent.

Hi Derek, Thank you for taking the time to review. Lots of business's claim good after-sales care of course, but the real test is how do they actually respond when tested? Cars are machines of course and a 7 year old car has mostly 7 year old parts. However, for us it's simple maths - Customer bought car with warranty + something unexpected cropped up after a few weeks X Quickly resolved without fuss = Contented customer & our local reputation enhanced. We hope your car is a reliable and fun servant for you, do come see us when you're next in the market for upgrade, better still recommend someone to us & receive our referral scheme cheque when they then buy. Found Max at Target Cars in Derby to be incredibly professional and had a really nice manner - great selection of cars on the forecourt that at times I became distracted from the Picasso ( family car ) we were buying to looking at their selection of lovely soft top cars which seemed very reasonably priced ! Our purchased car - a Picasso C4 Grand was immaculately presented. Would recommend this dealership. Many thanks again to Max.

Thanks for my car Max and Kevin :) Absolutely love it. I wasn't looking for one at the time but I drove past and saw my A3, I went on the website and called up, speaking to Max who's spot on. He took me for a test drive and went through all its history with me, ended up driving away in it the same day haha. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone - They've got loads of decent cars and when I had an issue with my electric windows they booked it in and sorted it for me without arguing over warranty. I've had issues with garages in the past so it was a nice change. Cheers lads.

Hi Dave, thanks for the feedback, appreciated. Cars are machines & electronics, which sometimes fail. When they do the acid test for any seller is how they respond. We have a strong reputation for resolving anything that falls inside warranty as quickly as we can. We're building a 15month warranty product for the future, customers can pay a little extra to get 'market leading' 15month warranty cover, now if that's not piece of mind for a used car then i don't know what is ... !
I Bought a 59 reg Corsa CDTi in Dec from Target Cars Derby. Max was knowledgable and very helpful & my Corsa was immaculately presented. The only price comparisons on auto trader were from private sellers & Target Cars were even bettering some of their prices ! I'd looked on Autotrader up to 100 Miles away & couldn't find any garage offering a better price on the same model. I was offered finance, but I didn't need it. They took a debit card reservation payment to make sure no one else beat me to it. When i went to see it it looked even better than in the pictures! We went on a test drive & it was exactly what i expected - Drives lovely & i've had no issues since, it's my first car & once my insurance comes down then i'm definitely going back to target Cars for my next Car Not only would I recommend to anyone, but I have - my sister has had a VW Polo off them as well & she's delighted too. 5/5

We're developing a long 15month warranty product for all our cars, wow - that's how confident we are that we sell quality. We've also been accepted by the AA so soon we'll be giving all future customers 12months Breakdown cover, just to be on the safe side as we hope they'll never need it! Send Grandma & Mum down we have a referral scheme programme in the pipeline, existing customers will earn a recommendation fee if you do !
I am really happy with my Car from Target Cars in Derby! I got a Ford Focus in January and I have had no issues with it. The dealers were very helpful and friendly and the car was a really good price. I am over the moon and I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone!

Our home delivery service is a 'not for profit' service. We can accommodate most locations and charges are on a case by case basis.
Buyers need to appreciate that delivery staff need to get home also, and this needs to be facilitated with their safety in mind as well.
