Very disappointed in the service. They promised to rectify some issues prior to us picking the car up however these were not done or short-term fixes were used instead of redrofiying the problem. Constant lies in regards to getting us the second key and paperwork for the car.

13/6/23 - Purchased Vauxhall Adam FY63CJU, DO NOT TOUCH! Diacovered very faulty clutch & air con not working. Called dealer straight away & told to get 2 quotes which they refused to pay saying too high. Offered to repair with a quote from their tyre & exhaust garage for less than half of our quotes. From reviews about previous faulty cars sold we had no confidence in their quote or quality of repair so requested a full refund inc. the amount for car we traded in that they sold immediately for a profit! In all, 2 weeks of expense on insurance, fuel, car tax & numerous calls & emails with very few responses, they requested we return the vehicle to them (82 miles each way) in order to get refund. When we enquired why the clutch & air con were not picked up on the AA approved checks that they advertise & promise, the response was that the checks are not done, on any car?! It has taken nearly another week for refund to appear in bank. Deano was as polite & helpful as he could be but his hands were tied due to the unhelpful, rude attitude of the owner Steve who was more worried about his daughters wedding & holiday & quote "didn't want the trouble whilst away". Read the other reviews! fabulous if they sell you a good car but god forbid they get away with selling you a faulty vehicle, it will cost you dearly, absolutely appalling ethics & customer service once thry have your money. Will be reporting to trading standards & above all, the AA.

Allison We are disappointed at your review as we tried always to accommodate you and even offered to pay for the clutch that you said was slipping plus pick the car up and return it back, but then was surprised to see that the quotation you supplied was double the cost then through your email we found it was done by the company you work for as for your 13 year old part exchange, we sold the car to a motor trader with no profit as it was an insurance write off and we don't get involved with that type of vehicle, the A/C is working it needed a regas which we told you to go ahead and we would pay (£78) as a family run business for over 40 years we are sorry you felt let down Triple Crown Garage

Bought car November 2020 battery kaput dec28th 2020 phoned over 40 times in next 8 months trying to get some recompense I know not covered by warranty but told so many times we will sort something out and now a year later no joy have given up! Will not be visiting triple crown ever again absolutely useless customer service!!!

Having recently bought my second car here, I could not recommend it enough! Not a bad word to say, helped me find the perfect car and once again provided excellent customer service.
Deano was really helpful, in effect helped me find the right car with no problems at all. I’m really happy with the service I received.

highly recommend triple crown garage to everyone the two men that work there deanno and steve worked so hard for us to get our car 7 seater vauxhall thanks to them we finally got our first family car kept us updated with everythink and always available for questions if we needed answers massive thanks again from ian ,sarah and family
