Please don't ever buy from this garage. Steve the proprietor may seem pleasant enough at the time you're buying a car, but should any work need doing under the warranty, then it's a different matter. Appalling service, appalling attitude from a very rude man who seems to think that shouting over you is an appropriate means of communication.

Completely agree, warranty offered is an absolute joke. Fob you off with any excuse e.g. all cars are like this....do they think we have never driven another car before? Simply cannot be bothered to resolve the issue and complete disregard for customer service

I feel that i had to respond to this as i have had three cars over the last 17 years from Steve Lewis and all i can say is the service the after sales and the welcome is as warm as ever and i will soon but sadly looking for my last car due to health problems and it will be from Triple Crown.
The staff at Triple Crown Garage were really nice, they made buying the car an easy and enjoyable experience, I've only ever bought from one other dealership in the past but these lot were much better. I will be going back when it's time for an upgrade.

Helped me with a part exchange of a vehicle when no other garage would! Customer service was great, made to feel at home when we arrived and a special thanks to the lady behind the desk who was friendly and helpful. Steve was great from start to finish in arranging our finance and part exhange. 10/10
