I absolutely love the Nissan Juke. Found this one online, bought it and had it delivered. It was my first time buying a car online and it was all as described when it arrived. My experience with Tyne Vehicle Buyer was very good and Alan was lovely. The communication was slow at one point, but as soon as he saw my email he rang me straight away, apologised and told me what was happening from there, so I can’t fault it at all.

So far, so good with the Jaguar. It’s been good and I’m over the moon with it. I wasn’t actually looking for a Jaguar at the time, but the one I’d originally gone to see had been sold. They had a few estates there and the Jaguar caught my eye, so I took it for a test drive and had a good chat with Alan. Customer service was fantastic. There were no pushy sales tactics and it was quite a relaxed environment. You could just look around at your leisure, and Alan said he’d be in the office if I needed him or had any questions.

I’ve had no issues with the Infiniti apart from a weird noise coming from the brakes, which I’ve booked in with Tyne Vehicle Buyer to have checked. Mick’s customer service was fine. The only reason I would give it a four and not a five is I had to wait a while to collect the car, but I got the car in the end, so it wasn't a big issue.

I’ve had no problems with the Ford Kuga so far. Everything’s gone really well. Alan was really good and got things sorted out. There was a delay getting the logbook, but that’s all sorted now.

I’d wholeheartedly recommend Tyne Vehicle Buyer. The service was great, the communication was fantastic and the whole process was easy from start to finish. Any little niggles I’ve had with the car have been fixed straight away for us. Overall, it’s been fantastic and the Peugeot has been spot on.

The Sandero is going well, and I don’t have any complaints about how the car is functioning. I did have to wait a while to get the car because there was an issue with an electrical part which they resolved in the end. The communication during that time was a little slow. I texted Alan a lot during the process and it was okay. I can understand that sometimes they’re very busy and dealing with a lot of things. I don’t mind waiting if something has happened. The car has been great, and so was everything else. The only thing was the communication, which is why I'd give my experience a four out of five.

The car has been absolutely fine. The only issue we’ve had is that the V5 logbook never arrived, so we’ll probably have to chase that up with the DVLA. My experience with Time Vehicle Buyer was absolutely fine. Alan went above and beyond trying to get the car delivered on time. There were a few issues with the delivery arrangements, so we went to pick the car up ourselves as we needed it for the following day. Alan was struggling to get the arrangements sorted and even offered to bring the car across himself, which was really good. I’d certainly use them again.

Mick was absolutely fine. The only thing that I had a qualm about was I waited for about 4 weeks till I could pick up the car. I found Mokka online and the main draw was the registration which had my family’s initials and birthday on it which was a good little omen!

The experience was fantastic and the Ford B-Max is fantastic.
