Super quick and super easy process of buying my Mercedes A Class. The car itself is lovely, its been well kept and was in pristine condition when collecting. I purchased a Jaguar I pace that I came across online at VR EPS. The car was in great condition when I went to view it, the salesman was really upfront he told me everything I needed to know without any prompt, he explained what history the car had and any previous details that were important to my decision, very helpful and extremely polite. I decided I wanted to buy the car and I sat back whilst VR worked hard to sort the whole transaction. It went nice and smoothly and was stress-free! The real test is when something goes wrong, that's where the service levels are tested and you see the true colour of a company. My newly purchase Range Rover developed a few niggles which I wanted/needed sorting and quickly... VR couldn't have been any better if they tried, they got the car back in, diagnosed, repaired and back to me in no time, I barely even noticed I was without it it was that quick, they were absolutely great. The car is perfect now and over-all I'm extremely happy with both the purchase and the service provided - wouldn't think twice about coming back here in the future.

The Bentley I bought from Martin is absolutely lovely, I'm very impressed with it! Martin is a great guy, he was very honest and upfront with everything he did. He did exactly what he said he would do and was more than fair with me. The car needed a couple of bits sorting on it and he was happy to do so before I collected. The car is in fantastic condition, for a used car its really been taken care of. It was spotless upon collection, had been valeted to a very high standard. I would be more than happy doing business with VR in the future.
