Straight forward, transparent process. They made the whole process very easy for me, from the initial phone call to the signing of the car. Highly recommend this business, the customer service is outstanding. I bought a Mini Cooper S and wow... what a car, so fast and fun to drive! They look after you and got me exactly what I wanted, for a very good price. Plus I'll be back in a year as I want another car and I now wouldn't go anywhere else but VR Warrington.

I looked for ages for my new car and looked at thousands of cars and dealerships on Autotrader, until I came across the BMW at VR EPS and I'm over the moon I went with this one! Good communication, value and quality in all elements of the transaction. Overall, a very positive experience, unlike some other car dealers. A very painless process, not the usual stressful and pressured experience. I met with Martin when I went to view a Lamborghini. The car was beautifully presented and I could see the efforts that had gone into getting the car ready for me, it didn't go unnoticed. I am totally enjoying the car, its a dream to drive. I did have an issue with the car that Lamborghini themselves needed to book it in for. Martin had paid the bill before I even got there to pick it up. He really went that extra mile for me! I would be more than happy to buy here again it was the best customer service and experience buying a car I've ever had.
