I was looking for a F Pace Jaguar and whilst strolling online I came across a Mercedes C Class with VR and I loved the look of it, I shocked myself but I was really interested in the car so I called and spoke to Martin who gave all the information and booked me in to see the car. I got there and Sam looked after me, he gave me the keys allowed me to test drive with zero pressure to buy. The car was a dream, I wasn't leaving without it, or at least securing it! The price was fantastic for what the car was and I even got a great deal on my part exchange. Rob was very helpful during the handover and I am already excited about my next visit when due an upgrade! Everybody I spoke to was extremely helpful, professional and went out of their way to accommodate. No hesitation in recommending!

Thanks to everybody here for breaking away from the 'generic car salesman'. No pressure or pushiness and no breathing down my neck. The guys gave me keys and told me to look around and shout up if any questions... they left me to it and didn't once rush me. I can't thank them enough for a fantastic service and a very nice VW Tiguan - its everything we wanted!

I couldn't believe how straight forward and smooth it was buying a car here, I will definitely use VR again for future purchases. I went for a Mercedes GLC and I couldn't be happier with my choice, the car is lovely really happy with it. It was gleaming when I collected it I didn't even know cars could be that shiny!! Nick was absolutely spot on, really straight talking guy and didn't give me any lengthy sales spiel.

My wife and I had decided to invest in a 2nd car, our shared car I use for work and is isn't very big. So we decided on a Kia Sportage which would be an all rounder car, and very practical! We do a lot of camping so knew it would come in handy for camping trips. I have always always always wanted a Range Rover, its been my dream car for many years. When the time finally came I was so excited, I had been looking online and come across VR... the showroom and stock looked absolutely incredible... Its even better when you're there in person, its pristine! I am very happy with my Porsche Macan that I recently purchased from VR in Warrington. The salesman was a good lad, he was very knowledgeable and operated very professionally. Everything ran smoothly and I would be happy visiting this showroom again in the future for another purchase.

Unbelievably happy with my recent experience. I purchased a Bentley and the car is absolutely everything I ever hoped it would be, it's in impeccable condition and I can see how much care has gone into the detailing of the car. The customer service was incredible, over all a truly enjoyable journey with Vanrooyen and one that I will recommend for many years to come.

I will recommend VR moving forward to anybody looking for a car, no matter how big or little of a purchase these guys will help you. I bought a BMW 5 Series and although it wasn't the most expensive car they had, I was treated remarkably well. The customer service and kindness shone through in everything they did. My Husband bought his last car from VR so when I was looking to upgrade mine, he insisted I at least looked at VR before anywhere else. I looked no further. I found a Mercedes A Class and it was everything I wanted, it was also an automatic, which was something I wanted to change to. I went to see the car and it was PERFECT!! I couldn't not buy it! I've really really enjoying getting used to all the gadgets, its very techy and modern inside. Im so glad I chose an Auto, I cant believe its taken me all these years, I will never go back to a manual, the drive is so much smoother. I had the pleasure of dealing with Martin at VR, he was absolutely fantastic, I cannot fault him what so ever. He did so much that he didnt have to. I went back to the site to collect the car and Martin showed me around the showroom and the super cars, I mean it was breath taking, but as I told Martin, they aren't quite my Mercedes A Class 🤣 The car was pristine, it was cleaned to that high of a standard, I'm struggling to maintain it. Luckily for me, my Husband absolutely loves cleaning his car, so I'm sure he will enjoying cleaning mine too 🤞😂 Thanks VR - there's absolutely no need for us to ever buy from anywhere else, the service is the best I've ever experienced and the standard of the vehicles is impeccable.
