Im so impressed with my Audi A3, I went to VR with my Dad, he has bought from them before and he helped me find and buy the right car for me. The A3 has so much technology/systems, its really modern and extremely smooth to drive, its brilliant I really enjoying driving it. Rob and Steve sorted me right out, the customer service was unbelievable.

I'm going to keep this as brief as I can, I could go on all day long about how truly incredible the experience was for me when buying my Rolls Royce Wraith from this outstanding dealership. Firstly, absolutely fabulous car! I'm not getting out that much due to work but I'm loving the car. I emailed Martin to say how great the car is, I am blown away with it. I've had the car touched up since purchasing, through choice and also changed to leather interior and wow, its pure luxury. I dealt with Martin, but I wanted to highlight all members of staff I had any encounter with - every single person at VR is polite, professional and extremely courteous. I took my own registration plates down, the guys came out to fit them and it was great, the were just as excited as me they were loving the car, a couple of comments from them... "wow, I hope you enjoy this car, some people can only dream of owning" "you are so lucky so own a machine like this, its truly beautiful". It was very pleasing to see how excited everybody was on my behalf. Martin was fabulous, I couldn't ask for a better guy, I bought the car there and then due to his attitude, very very good. I've bought lots of fancy prestige cars and every salesman that's ever sold me a car has been a pain in the a**e, badgered me, pushed me, hard selling....Martin didnt do that and I appreciated that. He wasn't a pushy salesman and that will stand for a lot for many years. the success will be for years to come with what they created here. Martin described the car very well, it was just as he said it was, the communication was strong from the very start. I arrived (Martin collected me from the station which was super helpful) and all the paperwork was sitting ready, the car looked absolutely breath taking. I've already asked Martin to find my next car for 3 years time when I change this one - which speaks volumes. I strongly recommend visiting Martin at Vanrooyen - you won't ever buy elsewhere again.

I am over the moon with my Mercedes I recently purchased, I really like the car and its in fantastic shape for a used car - its immaculate. The service was very smooth and quick, its the first time I've been to this dealership before but it won't be the last, I would more than happily buy again and recommend - top marks from me.

Very straight forward purchase, I showed interest, Glenn rang that afternoon he said come up and have a look at the car, he had the car ready for the test drive when I got there. I went out in it with my Father for a quick drive and loved it. I asked what the time frames were looking like and he said give me an hour to get everything sorted for you, I went to Ikea for an hour, went back and drove the car away that day... The whole process from first getting in contact, arriving there, going through the details, test driving, the whole transaction was really really smooth and I'm very pleased with it all. We was upgrading due to having a second baby soon, so its spacious and very practical for the family, it will serve its purpose perfectly! Thanks to Glenn, a really helpful and honest salesman.

I highly recommend VR EPS more so for the amazing after care I received. I bought a Golf from them and not long after the car developed a problem, I rang VR and they got the issues diagnosed and resolved very quickly, I couldn't fault them at all. I love the car and since its been fixed its been perfect. I've had a follow up call, which was nice I really appreciated that. My family and I would highly recommend Vanrooyen to anybody in the market for a new car.
