With everything that is going on at the moment and the current restrictions I was really impressed with VR - they ensured a really smooth, easy process and had a great set up for safe contact-free collection. I contacted the dealer when I found the Mercedes online and from the first call the salesman was very clued up, he had all the information, there wasn't a question he couldn't answer, he was polite and very professional. Everything went very well and the dealership had everything organised for me. We sorted a price for the Mercedes and part exchange, they had 12 months MOT put on the car, serviced, extra warranty and a thorough clean - it was pristine. Its the first time I've ever blind bought a car and trusted a very expensive purchase upfront - but I'm made up and I can't thank VR enough!

I can't fault Vanrooyen at all, I purchased a Vauxhall Zafira and it was the easiest car purchase Ive ever made. I found the car on Autotrader, contacted the dealer, we discussed the car details and my trade in and organised a collection date. Because test driving wasn't able to happen, I relied on the information of the salesman, and he couldn't have been any more bang on - the car was exactly as described online, if not better - I couldn't believe how easy and streamline it was, I highly recommend! I collected the car and the set up was perfect, they had everything sorted for the trade in and it was a quick smooth handover - I will 100% use Vanrooyen again in the future.

I just purchased a Mercedes A Class which is my second car from VR EPS. I'm absolutely loving it, I'm using it often and not come across any hiccups at all, its a dream to drive and the performance is spot on. I dealt with Nick last time so I went directly to him when I wanted to upgrade, he was fantastic, very helpful. Even though the deal was done online, over the phone and via email the customer service levels remained excellent. Very thoroughly, informative and fantastic communication. I highly recommend this dealer, you can buy with confidence! I will be back in a few years to upgrade!

I'm so impressed with Vanrooyen, I used them off the back of a family recommendation, and I'm really glad I did. Rob who dealt with us was brilliant, he really couldn't have done any more. He answered the phone and our questions out of hours, he was was so helpful and very knowledgeable. We did most of the purchase online, and it couldn't have been smoother. I was a little apprehensive buying the Range Rover online, without seeing or test driving, but I was so pleased with the car, it was exactly as described and in immaculate condition, it looked perfect. Although it was very different buying our new car this way, it was easy and stress-free, I would be more than confident to buy online with Vanrooyen again.

I couldn't believe how helpful, nice and friendly the guys were at Vanrooyen, I was nervous about going to collect the car on my own, but they made me feel really comfortable and didn't rush me, they asked if I had any questions, anything else I needed etc - just really kind. I love the Audi A3 I've bought, its the best car I've ever driven, it is actually perfect.

This dealership was spot on when I purchased my BMW 4 Series. Glen was really sound, a nice chap and very helpful. He explained everything about the car; the facts, the history etc, he was detailed and thorough when talking and very polite. My Wife has been using the car recently, she's driving it daily to and from work and absolutely loving it - I think she's more made up than me with it. The car was delivered to my door, on time and gleaming, it looked perfect! I can't fault a single thing, very very happy! Thanks to Glen and the Team at VR for sorting me out.

I bought my first ever electric car recently, its absolutely fantastic! I didnt know much about electric cars at all so I really relied on the lads at VR for help and advice. I bought the Tesla and although I didnt get the dealership experience (due to lockdown) they did a great job of talking me through everything using pictures, videos and phone calls. I dealt with Sam mainly and he was just great, always on hand to help. I noticed a small chip on the paintwork after collecting, I contacted Sam and he advised to take it to Tesla and have the paintwork repaired, they will reimburse me for the invoice - this really took me back, I didnt expect such an easy resolution. They handled the whole transaction professionally and personally. Such a pleasant experience, I will happily buy again and recommend to others.

It's the first time I've bought from Vanrooyen, but it won't be the last for sure! I had a Porsche beforehand which was a bit smaller but my Girlfriend didn't like the car, especially if she ever needed to drive it. So I compromised, and got a car to suit her.... we/she chose an Audi A3. I joke that it was her choice of car, but I am very very happy with it. I really like the car, its comfortable, smooth to drive and was a great price. I'm chuffed with it. Since buying the car I've knocked the mirror on the garage (not quite used to the size just yet), I contacted VR just to ask for some advice really on where I could have the work done, they have advised that I could drop it off with them and they will repair the scuffs - super impressed with this, I really didn't expect them to sort it and cost free too?! I can't recommend the company highly enough, they have gone above and beyond for me!

Very strange times buying a car during a national lockdown, however the team at Vanrooyen really did go above and beyond, they had a really good set up for contact free collection point - they have it all figured out. I mainly dealt with Sam and honestly, what a cracking lad, not only was he really helpful and friendly, he was extremely knowledgeable and gave great advice. I've not driven the car as much as I'd like to, but the few journeys I've done in it, I'm exceptionally pleased with. I collected the car, and it was spotless, inside and out. It was ready on time and I think Sam was as excited as I was when I picked up the BMW X2. Can't recommend Vanrooyen enough, I will certain be back when I want to upgrade again.
