Very helpful sales staff, nothing was too much trouble and they were very knowledgeable, all questions answered, loads of information given and easy to chat too.

Never bought a vehicle without seeing it in person or been able to take it for a test drive, but due to the current pandemic this was my only option. Once i made contact with VR i felt reassured due to the detail that the salesman (Glen) went into. Nothing was too much trouble and all my questions were answered in detail. The vehicle was delivered in pristine condition by Mike and a walk down carried out and the car controls explained. One very minor issue was identified and without no hesitation Glen arranged for Mike to collect the vehicle and to resolve this. It was then returned to myself by Glen which i thought was i nice touch as i could final put a face to the name of the salesman who had been really helpful during the sale of the vehicle. I would highly recommend VR due to the professional service i received and would have no hesitation in purchasing a vehicle from themselves in the future. Only wished i could have gone in person as their vehicle stock is outstanding.

My daughters boyfriend (absolutely car mad) helped me choose a new car, I found a few on autotrader and he helped me pick the right one. He said for the high spec, condition and value for money it was the Mercedes Benz SLC from Vanrooyen. I'm so glad I I went for this one, and this dealer too, they were absolutely amazing! I was a bit nervous about not test driving it, but Sam and I had many conversations about the car and the details etc prior to agreeing the purchase, he always answered my questions, very well too. When they came to drop the car off to me, the whole handover was fantastic, I was soo pleased with the car it looked impeccable and even better than advertised! I absolutely love it, its perfect. I was in contact with a dealership who kindly offered to source a car, I gave them a criteria (quite tight); low mileage, less than 5 years old, certain upholstery, price and details etc, they sadly couldn't find the right one for me. I soon after found a Mercedes-Benz C-Class online with Vanrooyen, I loved the look of the car and it ticked all the boxes. When I contacted the dealership Nick was ever so helpful and kind, he was polite and very very patient. The first few weeks after buying the car I was a little taken back, its got much more power than my previous car and took a little bit of getting used to and controlling. I had to contact Nick after buying as I had some questions. When on the motorway the car considerable louder, Nick and I had a few chats about the performance of the car, he talked me through changing the dynamics and now its much quieter - Nick never got irritated with my constant questions, he was always so helpful and pleasant. Now I'm used to the power of the car and fully understand all functions, I'm over the moon and very impressed with it. I had been looked for a new car for some time and couldnt find the right one. My Dad recommended Vanrooyen, he has bought a car from them before and really bigged them up. I found a Mercedes on their website within minutes and loved it! I contacted the dealer and was dealing with Sam, he was really helpful, informative, gave great advice and generally a nice lad to deal with. Sam sent me some further pictures and video's and the car looked stunning, when I went to collect I was blown away, it was even better in person! I couldn't pick a single fault with the car, I'm really enjoying driving it and very glad I choose Vanrooyen to buy from, I will certainly buy again.

With everything that is going on at the moment and the current restrictions I was really impressed with VR - they ensured a really smooth, easy process and had a great set up for safe contact-free collection. I contacted the dealer when I found the Mercedes online and from the first call the salesman was very clued up, he had all the information, there wasn't a question he couldn't answer, he was polite and very professional. Everything went very well and the dealership had everything organised for me. We sorted a price for the Mercedes and part exchange, they had 12 months MOT put on the car, serviced, extra warranty and a thorough clean - it was pristine. Its the first time I've ever blind bought a car and trusted a very expensive purchase upfront - but I'm made up and I can't thank VR enough!

I can't fault Vanrooyen at all, I purchased a Vauxhall Zafira and it was the easiest car purchase Ive ever made. I found the car on Autotrader, contacted the dealer, we discussed the car details and my trade in and organised a collection date. Because test driving wasn't able to happen, I relied on the information of the salesman, and he couldn't have been any more bang on - the car was exactly as described online, if not better - I couldn't believe how easy and streamline it was, I highly recommend! I collected the car and the set up was perfect, they had everything sorted for the trade in and it was a quick smooth handover - I will 100% use Vanrooyen again in the future.

I just purchased a Mercedes A Class which is my second car from VR EPS. I'm absolutely loving it, I'm using it often and not come across any hiccups at all, its a dream to drive and the performance is spot on. I dealt with Nick last time so I went directly to him when I wanted to upgrade, he was fantastic, very helpful. Even though the deal was done online, over the phone and via email the customer service levels remained excellent. Very thoroughly, informative and fantastic communication.
