I had one of the worst experiences buying a car from them. We bought a car that was faulty without knowing it. Luckily for us the car was still on warranty so we took it back to them to have a look. In the end they couldn´t fix it so we asked them to return our items from the car. They "lost" some of this items and we never got them back. I wouln´t recomend them to any buyers. I hope David and Phil are enjoying our sunglasses at least.

We went to look at a Hyundai Terracan.86 miles from home , 2 miles from the garage we got a phone call to say don't set off, the alternator had gone and they would need to fix it. We will keep you in the picture !!! eventually we were told it is ready to pick for us it up. When i looked at it the mileage is 135.222 not as stated 133.000, the rear bumper is loose where it attaches to the wheel arch , supposed to be rust free, no it isn't, but worst of all it has failed its MOT on 9 different occasions prior to this Suprisingly it passed this time , no wonder it was tested in their own garage. We couldn't look at it, strickt covid precautions , obviously there was something to hide.We know it was a reasonably priced car but we wouldn't have bought it knowing abou all these problems. There was no offer of covering our travel expenses or even putting some diesel in the tank to make up for what was a wasted journey and losing a days wages. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARAGE AS OBVIOUSLY THEY DON'T MIND BEING FRAUDULENT ABOUT VEHICLES. Having phoned this gagrage twice we have still not spoken to the boss as he can't be bothered to ring back. Wonder why..

Clown that mot,s the vehicles prior to pick up is a obviously told to send vehicles out with defects bought a car with new mot from this company. Get a 2nd mot independently within the warranty. Bridgend is a joke. This is Kilwinning.

I purchased Renault Megane from Vehicle Trade Centre in Ayr and car is better than i thought. The staff picked me up at the train station and made me a coffee when i arrived, could ask for any better customer service and would definitely recommend this car dealership. Thank you Again.

Jim, the sales Manager is an absolute Gem and a Gent. I recently purchased a Nissan Duke and he made the whole experience flawless. He was kind caring and first class service was given. I would recommend VTC in Kilwinning. All the staff there should be commended as they are all lovely and put their heart and soul into delivering world Class Service. Having two cars in the space of 6 months, i thought it was time to get a reliable car! Visited vehicle trade centre in kilwinning and fell in love with a fiat 500. Eddie was a great help with getting everything in place to be able to take the car home.

Bought a corsa from Vehicle Trade Centre Kilwinning branch with 48000 miles on the clock,a great wee car says Jim the salesman,next day I hear a noise from the engine and took the car back only to find out that the mechanics sheet stated excessive engine noise which Jim failed to point out to me.He then tells me it's wear and tear on the engine,either that's nonsense or the 48000 on the clock is incorrect?Told him I did not want the car and stupidly picked another car a Vauxhall astra from theses cowboys.The gear box started jamming and I took the car back,they kept it for two days and did not offer me a courtesy car cos they had none available.Told me they could not find any fault with the car.The car broke down againnd I had to put a new clutch in the car,the old clutch was two parts of different clutches and the gear box was bone dry of oil after Jim telling me that all fluids and oils had been topped up.I paid for the clutch and went back to ask for a refund only to be told it was an unauthorised repair and they were not going to re-imburse me,I was then threatened with the police by another salesman because I swore at him.The finanace company I dealt with have given me half my money back and have put this shower of cowboys under investigation.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

I initially was looking for a small car but after a test drive didn't really like the Toyota Aygo was to small for my needs I was shown a couple of other cars which were again to small and limited boot space eventually I was shown a Peugeot 308 and had a test drive in it and it was exactly what I wanted plenty of space. I bought the car but pointed out that I thought the front tyre was illegal and was assured that it would be sorted at mot. I returned to sign the paperwork on Fri 26/4/19 and everything seemed fine. However on a quick check I noticed that the same Tyre was still on the front of the car and was disappointed about that so went online to check mot I found that the 2 front tyres were on advisory along with a ball joint failure and a further two advisory ball joint and offside and a bush. After such a good start a good service I found it very disappointing that none of the advisory were fixed so I would have to advise caution when dealing with Vehicle Trade Centre Kilwinning. To be fair it is an initial expense but I can fix myself so I will put it down to experience Car is otherwise sound.
