Bought a cracking bmw 5 series from Kilwinning branch. Sales man was spot on. Wish I’d never bothered. After only 2days having car faults started to appear. Got car in and the found a fault and said bring car back once part is in. Within another day more faults kept appearing. Called them they said don’t worry we will sort it all out when car comes back. Took car in on a Tuesday and they had it for 3 WEEKS !!!!! Got car back everything was apparently sorted. With 20 mins of having car back fault appeared again. Car was going in for third time. Told me I would get car back week later parts were on order. Bloody joke . Got mechanic at my work as I work in haulage to check car. He put car over mot pit and found series faults with drive shaft bushes. Had they failed they would have ripped through floor. They let me drive about in a car that said airbags and seat belts not working steering lock not working and there happy to sell car with dodge bushes which are very serious on the of chance I wouldnt notice and end up having to sort myself. I called these clowns every day for nearly 4 weeks, constantly got told they would phone me back and surprise surprise they never did. I bought the car for 4995 . Just seen car today three days after I rejected car after talking to trading standard. And they now have the car relisted for 6459. Honestly cannot believe the cheek. Anyone using them really do take there lives in there hands. Even the curtacy car I finally got was gubbed. Front wheel bearing was gone when I took it back I told them and there mechanic said not to let it out again until sorted but they let me drive about in it with 2 young kids even when I called to tell them .Learned a lesson. Never use these guys again, and get car checked straight away. Biggest mistake of my life using them. After reading reviews previously I thought I would give them a chance as I loved the look of the car and really wanted it.

I bought a Mini Cooper off these cowboys 3 months ago and so far I’ve had to have the door repaired, three tyres replaced, a new exhaust put on because it fell off! And now the cylinder head gasket has gone! I also never received a new key they promised me! Utter joke! Do not buy a car from them!

You were informed about the exhaust that the bolts were missing and that’s why it fell off after three weeks of me buying the car, you said it wasn’t covered also you said you fixed the tyre and it went down again straight away and I’m still waiting for my key, it’s been three months!
I came across Vehicle Trade Centre online. First impressions of the dealership was it looked alright, I had no issues at all which is why I would Recommend them.

After a few days of having this car It started to produce a lot of smoke. I took it back to the dealer and he told me that the car was fine. A few days later the problems re occurred and it been back to the dealership about it a few times. I have taken it to a local dealer who has done a diagnostic check and he has discovered 3 major issues. I will not be recommending this dealership they not very helpful and the aftercare needs a lot of work.

I am sorry to here your feedback, We had received a check from yourself were you mechanic had said there was an issue with your DPF . Each time you had visited to show technician no smoke was present. However We had replaced The DPF Free of Charge , Which to say Our Aftersales needs attention we find quite disappointed as we had helped you out with this matter even with the warranty being out.
Vehicle Trade Centre were able to answer any questions I had about the car, they took me through the paperwork and even let me use their computer to tax the vehicle. I found them down to earth and easy to deal with and I would happily buy from them again.

I was sold a car by Vehicle Trade Centre which I was told was fit to drive. I had a mechanic take a look 2 weeks later and the hand brake cable was non existent, there was hardly any brake fluid and I've spent over £200 getting it fit to drive. I wouldn't recommend this dealership at all.
