After a poor experience with a dealer elsewhere, I came across Phantom Motor Company, with very impressive stock. I contacted Phantom and Kevin helped me with everything, he was patient in answering questions and couldn't do enough for me. Every time I called, he always made time to speak to me or called me back within 10 minutes as promised. I use the car daily and opted for the X3 as I needed a bigger car, the car was in excellent condition and I’m really enjoying driving. The things that sold the car to me were, the callipers, alloys and the fact it’s a very nice car to look at. Multiple people have asked me where I bought it from, I recommend Phantom Motor Company every time.

I was looking to purchase a new car and the main requirement was the ability to tow a caravan, and well! I searched for recommendations and found the Kia Sportage to be popular as a towing vehicle. I contacted Phantom to make an enquiry and was pleased with what I was told about the car. I went down to take a closer look and was impressed to find it exactly as described, if not better! The staff were easy to deal with and there was no headache at all, no pushiness selling, no breathing down my neck etc, a nice experience where I was given time to look at the car and time to ask any questions I had. Since buying the Sportage, it has been fantastic for our needs, it tows a treat, effortlessly. I've also taken the car on many fishing trips and its been perfect! The chaps down at Phantom were a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much bother and everybody I came across was willing to help and very welcoming and friendly. There was no pushiness, my needs were taken into consideration and that is how I ended up with the brilliant Seat Ibiza, I am loving it! It suits me to a T and has/does everything I wanted in a car. I'm not ready to let go of this for a while but when I am ready to swap I will give Phantom a call and see what the have in stock!
