My Ford Kuga is really good. I like the heated windscreen and I’ve had Fords before. Wheelers are local to me and I felt I got more of a personal customer service feel from them rather than going to main Ford dealership. Their customer service stood out to me mostly along with the free coffee. I think it was Ben that helped us. He was engaging and very helpful, not pushy.

My experience with Wheelers was okay, they were abit hard to get hold of sometimes and when I was waiting on the car to be ready they didn’t let me know about the parts that were missing that was the only thing that annoyed me but apart from that they were fine the customer service was fine just the standard dealership. It was alright four stars.

Good Service

Everything’s going fine with the van from Wheelers. I was looking on Autotrader this one stood out online as it had low mileage. I spoke to Tom over the phone and they delivered it to me. The only thing was I had to chase him up a few times, and there was a bit of a queue for prep, but other than that everything was alright.

The Superb is Fantastic so far, I’m getting on really well with it! My boyfriend found the Skoda on Autotrader and recommended it for me. Amber was great, she was very helpful.

Wheelers had the Peugeot Partner I was after and having enquired about a few from different dealers, their service wasn’t as good. Tom who served me was brilliant, so I was sold!

We done the deal with the Peugeot 3008 and it all went well, the service we got was good. The guys over at Wheels are very nice people.

I decided to go with Wheelers for my next car due to all the positive reviews. When you're buying a used car, I just think what's gonna happen? Reading all the positive reviews put me at ease and it was the tipping point for me buying the Ford Ranger. The only thing that knocked it down to a 4 was the one week delay in getting the Ranger as I got rid of my car on the day I purchased it so was left without a car. Tom was spot on during the sale process.

The Nissan is running very well. We have used Wheelers before, so we returned as we were in need of something bigger. customer service was very good I had a small issue, and they sorted it out straight away for me.
