All good. I found them online and my dad had bought a car from the before so i gave them a call. I was really impressed with how fast their service was. I told them I needed a car asap and it was really fast. I collected a week later, the car been cleaned with a fresh MOT on collection. Really good communication, really friendly, I have no faults. I would use them again.

I found it easy to get the finance from Concept Car Credit. They got me approved with a finance company and found me a car, it was fairly straight forward. The information was explained, I signed the paperwork and that was that. John was pretty good, he touched based quite a lot till it was all done and dusted. It took a few days to collect but the car was clean and all valeted. I am having a bit of a problem with the clutch at the moment but the dealership has told me to get quotes so all in all, they're a good company to be fair from what I've experienced so far. I've already recommended them.

It was brilliant, I couldn’t fault them. They accepted me and I’m really pleased with the car. It is everything I asked for. I approached them and gave them my details and the salesman sent me whastsapp photos and a video tour of the car. He talked me through the rates, I signed electronically and they arranged a delivery to suit me which was really handy. It was in immaculate condition when it arrived, valeted and really good condition. I’ve had finance before and this experience was a lot better, the repayments are a lot cheaper. I was searching around and trying to find places with good reviews. Concept Car Credit were absolutely brilliant. I've had to get brakes replaced but they were efficient & straightforward. The lady who helped me was absolutely amazing. Sourced everything and got it all sorted. She was absolutely golden, an absolute star.

Once they contacted me and I’d spoken to them, I felt like I didn’t need to go elsewhere. It was easy to do the paperwork with this dealership. I’d had finance before and there was loads of paperwork, where this time I had about 10 emails to digitally sign, took me five minutes so that was easy. I can't remember any names but one person did well, he sent all the paperwork, replied quickly to whatever I’d asked. I was going on holiday before I got the car so asked for a video and we agreed to bring it down to me. They said I had two weeks to cancel but I was happy with it and kept it.

The car I got is amazing. This was my first time using Concept Car Credit. Sam dealt with me, I couldn’t fault her. She gave me a courtesy call the day after her day off to make sure everything was ok which meant a lot. They can't do enough for you, it felt genuine. They sorted all the paperwork out and got my tax in order. I’d give them 20/10 if I could. I’ll be calling Sam to get the warranty in place and I cant wait till in two years when I go back and swap the car because I know they’ll look after me again
