So far so good with the Audi R8. In regard to the experience, it could have been better with communication. I found it difficult to get in contact with them other than by phone, although in person they were fine, and I'm enjoying the car.

Bought a Maserati Levante. The test drive was perfect, and they gave me time to have a proper look around the car. Everything was explained clearly, and it was all handled very professionally. I dealt with Liam, who was very helpful, and he even came to the train station with the car so I could drive it back, which made things easier. I couldn’t fault the service, and I’m happy with how everything was handled.

Everything was good, and the whole purchasing experience was generally positive. It’s just the aftercare that’s knocked it down for me. I did have an issue within about 24 hours of getting the car, where the exhaust had been cut at some point before I bought it, which caused a really bad rattling noise. When I tried to get it sorted, the dealership wasn't overly helpful and just told me to go through the warranty. Although I do love the BMW 1 Series,

Junction 17 in Grantham was a nice place to visit, Ian was good. I’ve only had one problem with the car, that being the brakes which shook under braking, so I’ve replaced them. I’ve always been an Audi person but fancied a change so I went from my old Audi A4 to the BMW 330D. The switch from 177bhp to 230~ bhp has been nice. Now I have to adjust my driving style as when you put your foot down the rear end comes out hahaha!
