I found Motortrust on Auto trader and both the KIA and service I received has been good. We were really pleased on how everything went overall. On top of this, Connor who we dealt with was brilliant!

I had a Hyundai before and fancied a newer model, so I found one from Motortrust whom I brought from previously. My initial experience with them was really good, very professional from star to finish. The professionalism and the curtsy of the staff stood out, which is what made me choose them again.

The overall experience has been okay, I am being honest the customer service was quite poor. There were over 6 delays meaning I did not get the car until ten days after. It was quite rude and abrupt. the car was also not given to me in the condition I expected. I will say that the man who delivered the car was lovely and I am happy with the car now.

MotorTrust was local in the area to me and when I went down they were spot on! the service I received was brilliant, Cal answered all my questions he was spot on. Five stars!

Really good customer service. There were a few scratches on the car however they did resolve the problem. I also liked how there was no pressure felt during the experience and the test drive was all well & good.

I’m very happy with my mini clubman. Connor was pleasant dealing with, he was very helpful and showed me a couple cars, but I decided to go for the clubman after spotting one.

The Citroen is fine, we are still waiting on some bits to be delivered so just waiting on that. Their customer service was fine really just straight forward. I took it on a test drive, and it was fine other than there not being a lot of fuel in it.

The Audi A3 has been running well with no issues. The service was friendly, we did have an issue with the logbook and getting the spare key. We did get refunded for the logbook, and the spare key has been sent out to us. Don't see a reason why you wouldn't use MotorTrust again in the future.
