Needed a van for work and saw one on Auto trader so went to Vansco. The salesman Ben was fine, no problems at all.

Happy with the van. I’ve bought privately before and had headaches so went to Vansco and got a warranty. The salesman I dealt with was very nice and considerate not pushy, he done well.

I’ve never bought from a dealership before and my friend has purchased a van from Vansco before so he recommended them to me. I called them up to arrange a test drive after work on multiple vans and it was all pretty smooth. everything was ready to go. I may have an issue with DPF but I’ve not spoken to anyone at the dealers yet. Ben was friendly, really good on information and gave me a good deal.

My old van served me well for 16 years so needed a change. Vansco are local so l decided to go & have a look and liked it straight away. I had a couple of little issues which the guys sorted out for me. Their communication was really good. Adrian was helpful and any queries I had were laid to rest quite effectively so quite pleased in general.

I was looking for a truck and I knew the Hilux’s are meant to be reliable. I chose to go to Vansco because they were local to me and they had the van I wanted. On the test drive, I found a few faults with the van but Ben was pretty good. He didn’t want me taking the van until it was spot on. It would have been a higher score but I had to go a second time thinking it was sorted when it wasn’t but I massively appreciate them making sure it was decent for me.

I was desperate for another truck and saw one at Vansco. The dealer hasn’t done half the work I asked them to do. I asked them to do an anti-roll bar drop link and it’s still knocking when I got it. I asked them to do 2 anti-roll bar bushes and other things that I’ve sorted out myself. The car was delivered to me, keys put through the letterbox so wasn’t able to do anything about the knocking. However, Ben, the salesman was brilliant. He got me a trailer number plate and did the wiper blades.

We are really happy with the electric Nissan considering that fuel prices have gone up. The van fitted what we needed and the price was reasonable. We do a lot of camping and were renting vans so this will make more sense to put that money into having our own. Ben dealt with us and they are a really friendly, sociable, communicative dealership. It was easy to get in touch with them to ask questions.

Good experience. I chose to buy from Vansco as it’s an easy process, no credit checks and within an hour I was sorted. I do have a few problems with the driver’s door keep catching on the wing and a brake pad warning light, but I’ve not got round to contacting them yet. Their delivery time was good which I was pleased with.

Not had the van too long. I saw the van on Autotrader & Vansco had the one I wanted. The salesperson Ben was really good, he dealt with me as I had a bit of difficulty with various vans so he lent me one whilst they found me another that didn’t have any problems and was suitable for me.

The van is fine. I needed to expand the vehicles I had so looked around on Autotrader finding the one I wanted at Vansco. They looked like they had good feedback with plenty of vehicles to choose from. Straightforward process and the staff were helpful.
