I was impressed with the level of customer service at Wheelers. Tom was lovely, he answered any questions and got back to me quickly each time. It was good communication right from the start. They put a rush on the car for me as I needed it quicker than usual and even with it being a shorter time to get it prepared it was still lovely and clean. The car itself has been fine I haven't had any problems, I recently drove it down to Cornwall and got stuck in traffic, it took about 10 hours, however I didn't have to turn the car off once it was perfect. Of course I would rate a 5 out of 5!

Very smooth transaction and a very fair trade in price on my A6. This was mainly down to the efficiency of Amber who sorted all the paperwork and arranged delivery on the day agreed. I would go to Wheelers next time I want to change my car.

Amber provided brilliant service, she was helpful and polite and got everything sorted for us. She was thorough in what she was doing and most importantly knew what she was doing. It put confidence in us as buyers to have such a professional saleswoman. Even on her days off she got back to me which was appreciated. we are pleased with our purchase and have had no issues so far.

Vehicle seems okay so far, just about go used to it, not had any problems. It was all prepared and cleaned. Was a bit of a delay as they were busy during christmas and new year period. My friend actually recommended the dealership to me as they have a vast amount of options available. And I am pleased with their recommendation.

I would give Ben a 10 out of 10 for his customer service, he was polite, no pushy and just a great salesman. The car was cleaned and prepared all in time for me, I wish it did have a few extra things such as parking sensor and heated seats, but that is nothing to do with the great service I received, I would highly recommend Ben.

I recently got a Mini countryman from here, I am absolutely made up with it, it is lovely to drive and all in all a lovely vehicle, I have done a few longer journeys in it already with no problems. Harry who assisted me at the dealership was great, lovely lad and had no problems at the way through. Of course I have to rate my whole experience the full 5 stars!
