Harry and Amber are a credit to the business. Right from the initial call I made about the vehicle Harry was helpful and polite. I did not feel rushed nore pressured at any point, I drove an hour to view the vehicle in which Harry had kindly pulled round to the front. I arrived and was handed the keys and left to look at my own Leisure, Harry was on hand if or when I had any queries and he answered them with knowledge and honesty. Harry spent an extensive time going over figures and ensuring I got a good deal, I left a deposit and waited for my car to be prepped. Communication was fantastic, Amber completed my handover and she was amazing. She was helpful and efficient. She answered all of my questions and handed the vehicle over, the preparation was extensive and nothing was missed. My overall experience has been nothing short of amazing, the best I have ever received when purchasing a used vehicle in which I have purchased many. I would genuinely and sincerely recommend this garage to anybody looking for a quality used car, the service I received was a wonderful bonus to this

We were specifically looking for a Mercedes GLA and saw this one at Wheelers, so we decided to pop down and have a look. The car itself was fine and although there were a few little things, there was nothing major at all. We haven’t actually driven the car yet as it’s parked up waiting for the ghost immobiliser to be fitted, but everything else was fine and it was a great experience overall. The representative took good care of us.

Wheelers came recommended by my sister, one of my mates, and somebody else as well, so I thought I’d give them a try. I’d definitely recommend them myself now too. Harry dealt with everything for us and I couldn’t fault him, to be fair. He knew all his stuff and I’ve got no complaints at all about any of it.

We’ve been getting on pretty well with the vehicle overall, although we’ve had a couple of issues with the back tailgate jamming shut a few times. We use it as a company vehicle to tow our food trailer so we are currently in the process of getting that resolved . Apart from that, everything at Wheelers was good. The process was a little bit long, but the staff were helpful and kind people throughout.

Our new Ford Tourneo Custom has been a game changer. Other than a slight rattling noise comes from the side door, which I am just going to get booked in. Whilst at Wheelers, everything was really good.

Getting on great with the Audi A3, other than having to wait a bit longer than I hoped for the car to be ready, although the car was well presented and ready to go when I collected it, with the 3-month warranty they will resolve the issues, although you have to go down to the dealership twice, once being for the diagnostics. Other than what I've mentioned, Amber was great at the dealership.

I was looking on Autotrader for any car when I saw the Range Rover Velar advertised at Wheelers. I liked the look of it, Harry was a nice lad and showed a good level of customer service.
