As my third Rolls-Royce, this one’s considerably more modern than my last. That one was 42 years old and had just 11,000 miles on the clock. My new Dawn is night and day — I’ve still not figured out all the features, but I’m really pleased with it. The chaps at Blackstone Motors were fabulous. I had an unexpected delay caused by banking limits but they were good enough to wait until midnight for me to complete the purchase once everything refreshed. I treated them to a curry for staying so late, and I’d say their service was as close to perfect as it could’ve been.

Initially I had an issue with rain water collecting in the footwell of my F-Pace, so I returned it to Blackstone for them help find and resolve the leak. I guess I found it slightly frustrating that I had to return the car in the first place, and the communication and timings could've been better. They got the job done though and the car's been fine since,

All's going well with my Audi Q7. I dealt with who guys at Blackstone Motors who were both very helpful and efficient. I've scored four stars as nobodies perfect, but there's nothing they could've done better necessarily.

Despite some glitches with the car, Kevin & Omar provided a first class service. Certainly not your normal 'pushy' car salesmen! They even returned 100% of our money without any quibbling, before the car was fixed and then, unprompted, offered to add a paint protection at no cost to us

Excellent communication from the onset, comprehensive video and description of the car was very informative, regular updates from the lovely delivery driver of his eta and fantastic in depth walk through of the car on arrival.

The Mercedes GLS is really nice to drive, and I thought the team at Blackstone Motors were great. I was very happy with my overall experience.

I will start by saying how lovely all of the team at Blackstone Motors were. They made the process so calming with no pushy sales tactics, and they thought everything through to make it easy. When I was collecting the car, they were washing it and making sure it was all nice for me. I was very impressed with everything.
