I love the Nissan. I did have an incident with the under tray of the car fell off on the motorway which was a scary experience, so my assumption is the person who did the service on the car didn’t do it properly. Apart from that, the people were really nice.

The Alfa Romeo was delivered to my address, and all of the buying process was done over the phone. The guy I spoke to over the phone, I could not fault him at all, he was spot on. I've had a few issues with the battery, which I have replaced, so I'd give my experience a 4.5 out of 5 overall.

Car has been spot on, I am happy with it, had no issues at all. Ben at Motortrust was very helpful got everything sorted for me quickly and correctly. The car was delivered to me from the dealership, it arrived around 7:30 am. I imagine it was a long night for the delivery driver as the dealership is roughly 5 hours away from me! I was very impressed with the service I received and would definitely use this dealership again if they had something I was after.

The Volvo has been really good, I can’t complain. Motortrust had the only car I liked and nobody else did, so I chose them. Chad was quick and responsive throughout.

I seen the BMW motortrust was offering through Autotrader and my old car was on its way out. Nathan was very accommodating; made sure I had frequent contact.

The mileage seemed good, I was looking for a pacific model. I had to bring it back with the central locking not working however so far, the car has been fine. Connor who dealt with me was very good and seemed to know whats what.

The mileage for the Mondeo was decent for the price. The engine management light did come on but other than that its all good! MotorTrust were quick and easy to handle. Smooth process overall.

Most of the communication was done through the finance company that I used, there was a lot of miscommunication with them and MotorTrust, more of a third-party problem. When the car was delivered, it was all as described, and I'm happy with the car and the dealings I did have with MotorTrust. The only thing I would add is that 15 minutes before the driver was leaving to deliver the car, they rang and said that the driver wanted more money to deliver the car, which added more stress to the situation. but it was all sorted in the end, and I'd give Motortrust a 4-star
