After taking delivery of my car I did experience some technical issues, MotorTrust were helpful in sending the parts I needed to repair the Nissan Note to my local mechanic, unfortunately one of the parts arrived wasn't correct which meant I needed to return to my mechanic at another time. I would of liked to of seen the original sales person on delivery and I felt some of the photos online could of been clearer with regards the condition of the car.

I am very happy with the purchase of the purchase, no issues with the Ford Puma so far. I've gotta take it to the garage for one thing, but they've already spoke to me about it and discussed how to get it fix at my local garage. When is spoke to the warranty people they said to take it to a local garage to just send them the invoice. Which is quite convenient because it means I haven't got to go back to the immediate dealership to get it resolved. We’ve been looking at a few different cars from a few different places and It just seemed to be what landed. Louise was great, he was very friendly and welcoming, during the sale when we had any question, he was well informed and answered all our questions. The whole atmosphere was really relaxed, and we didn’t feel pressured into anything.

I was after something comfortable to sit in and nice to be inside of. I had one as a courtesy car about a year and a half ago and really like the interior of the car and it drove nice. The one at Motortrust stood out to me because it had the right price, mileage, and it came with the warranty. The only thing that I’m still waiting for is a refund back for my for sending off for a new V5 document. Other than that everything was great!

My new 1 series is mostly perfect! I stumbled on it when looking around on Autotrader to replace my first car. When I first went to see the car I had found a few scratches on the bumper and bonnet, Motor trust said they would sort it before I bought the car. On the day I was informed the painter went home early and was asked to bring the card back to get it redone. When I came to collect the car after it was done the front bumper was matte black compared to the rest of the car and the bonnet was not touched. The BMW 1 series was the best car I could afford at the time as I’m 19 years old.

Motortrust were local to me. When we looked around the showroom Carl was great, he was friendly and informed us about everything that was going on. Every time I rang up they answered and passed me on to the correct people pretty quickly.

The XC90 is running alright, the service light has come on a couple of days after purchase which was a bit frustrating to say the least. Especially as they said they would have serviced it before collecting. I have a newborn baby, so I don’t have time to sort it out or get in touch with them. I was looking for something bigger and you can’t get much safter than the Volvo XC90. With 4 children my Skoda Octavia was no longer fit for purposes.

My husband found the car online and ended up having a look at what was in stock. He found Kia Sportage, and we decided to go down to have a look at it. We were after something larger as I have two sisters-in-laws who are 92 and 90 years old, so we needed something they can get in and out of comfortably. I also already had a kid and was happy with it, and I’m happy with the Sportage as well. I already have recommended Motortrust Lancaster to others.

Great customer service, plenty of choice and options to suit our needs and budget. We couldn't be happier with the service we received and have already recommended you to friends, we dealt with Louis and he was amazing

The experience was lovely and the Juke is brilliant! We’ve local to the Lancaster branch, we thought if they had anything in the other dealership they could bring them down. Nathan was very good, he was polite and helpful. He helped out with everything I needed to do which was very reassuring when it came to buying the car, especially because it's an awful lot of money. I was looking for a small SUV and initially I looked at the Qashqai however it was too big and someone had recommended the Juke to me. I will definitely go back and buy form them again and I have already recommended them to other people.

The style and the comfort of the A-Class made me go for one. I went with Motortrust as they had lots of nice vehicles at the dealership! There are a few scuffs on the wheels I was told would be fixed when the dealership reaches out to me however no one has been in touch, I have not reached out to them regarding it. Louise was pretty good, unfortunately he was not at work on Wednesday and Thursday when I went into the dealership and I dealt with his colleague Nathan in the end. Hopefully Nathan buys Louise a crate of beer for finishing his deal Hahaha.
