The vans all good, I was looking for a particular van for my delivery job and this one was closest to me that seemed a decent deal. Ben dealt with me providing a quick easy process with a few days turnaround.

Vansco is local so with me needing a new van for work I chose them. Ben was a nice guy helping me get the van even staying behind to get the deal done, good salesman. I had a few issues with the van so brought it back to them. They didn’t give me a courtesy car which would have been nice so I had to fork out for one for a day. Issues are resolved now but I did ask for a couple of lights in the back but that never happened so took it upon myself to replace them. I would have given five stars if they had changed the lights in the back of the van as I had asked.

Good customer service, but unfortunately I’ve been disappointed with the quality of the vehicle. I bought the van in November and since then I’ve had to replace the battery, brakes, and discs all round. When I collected the van, I was told the seats were still wet. Once they dried, I discovered the driver’s seat was covered in mould, which was very disappointing.

The van has a couple of faults so going back to them to get sorted. I know Felix at Vansco very well, its not a big problem so I know he will sort it. I took it out for a run, very quick & easy deal.

I looked online and found VansCo. They are quite local to me which is good if I have any problems, its convenient. They showed me everything was good with the van plus all the work they have done. I took out Autoguard as well so it’s all covered. Ben was the sales man that dealt with me sorting the finance out on the same day. The van was good and had no VAT on it so I went for it, they fixed a few things that were not working like the heater and I went back Monday to pick it up.

Vansco had a couple of vans within my price range that looked good. I chose one, but unfortunately the battery supplied with the van turned out to be defective. I spoke with the dealership, but I’ve been advised to handle the warranty claim directly with Renault. There is also a small area of rust under one of the doors. The dealership mentioned it would be addressed, but this has not yet been resolved. Overall, everything seemed fine on the day of purchase, but a few issues that needed attention were not fully dealt with.

Stuart was really helpful throughout and nothing was too much trouble. Anytime I had questions he put me at ease with his answers. Would definitely recommend the to get your next van. They even delivered my van to Wales for me.

The guys at Vansco have been great, I have had a few issues such as an engine management light come on, this was due to the injector, they have been really on the ball at getting this sorted for me. They have great communication, don't mess you about and in genuinely nice lads. I do have one more issue with the drivers side heated seats not working but again they are going to get this sorted for me. I would say it is lucky I am fortunate enough to be self employed as I have had to go too and from the garage a 4-5 times, if I was employed I could see how this may become a potential issue. But apart from that I am really pleased, can't fault the level of service they provide, and I think they always have the best customer intentions in mind. For that reason I'd rate them a 4.
