Top class experience from start to finish. Absolutely fantastic from the preparation and the service and the warranty on top, I couldn't fault. I am very happy with the car it is perfect, no issues at all. Massive thank you for all the help from all the team. 5 out of 5!

Everything has been fine so far, I have to give praise to ben for his amazing customer service. He was easy going, didn't put any pressure on the sale and just nice to talk to. We didn't feel like we were just another sale but more like valued customers and the whole thing was very relaxed. He deserves 5 stars a;; the way.

Everything has been going well with the vehicle I got, happy with it. Customer service was all good, the only thing I would say that needs improving is the communication side as I was told there would be a 2-3 week wait until I could pick up the Nissan. When it got to week 3 I just wanted an update with the date I would be able to collect, I did call up and was told someone would contact me but they didn't call back. Other than that everything else was fine and when I did go to collect everything was ready to go when I got there and it was quick at that stage. I would rate my overall a 4/5 it would have been 5 if the communication was stronger.

I did know Tom prior to going wheelers and was pleased to see it was him who was helping with the sale, he was very helpful, I couldn't fault him. The whole thing went smoothly I am very pleased with it all. The only thing was there was a few weeks until I could get the van, however he did let me know of this prior and kept me updated so that was no problem and I am pleased with the van itself.

Done about 500 miles in my new golf so far, so given it a nice little run around and everything is going well. It was a few weeks to until I got my car which was no issue at all, it in that time Ben made sure everything that needed doing was doe and that the car was freshly cleaned for my arrival. I would highly recommend.

I live about 60-70 miles away from the dealership, however I came across a Ford ranger online that I really wanted When I went to view it in person I actually preferred the one next to it so took it for a test drive, was pleased with the condition and price and went ahead with it. The only downside was having to wait a few weeks to get it however I would still rate the overall experience a 5 out of 5.

I needed a van quick as mine previous one broke and I use it for work. I was looking online when I came across Wheelers and conveniently they were just up the road. Tom who I dealt with was very good, made it a quick turnaround without any hassle. The Transit I got is running fine, had no issues so far.

There is no other dealership I would use, I have purchased around 12 cars from Wheelers now and have never had any issues with them. The service has always been great as well as the cars. I actually phoned Tommy the other day to look at getting a Ford Ranger. I wouldn't rate them anything less than a 5 and of course will be using them again. Thank you to everyone at the dealership.

So far so good, Harry was brilliant, explained everything well and made sure the car was cleaned for me prior to leaving. I am happy with the service and would rate it a 5 star!
