I’d been searching for a new car for what felt like forever (about a year) when I came across a lovely Jeep Renegade at Motortrust in Lancaster. I wasn’t in a rush—I just wanted to find the right car, and I definitely have! Mark and the team were a pleasure to deal with...no pressure, no pushiness, just genuinely helpful. There were a few bits to sort out after the purchase, but they handled everything quickly. I honestly couldn’t fault them and really appreciate all their help along the way.

My online search for a Peugeot E2008 concluded with Motortrust in Lancaster. They had the perfect one in the exact colour and spec I wanted. Upon arrival I was greeted by Mark who's a super knowledgeable guy. He wasn't pushy in the slightest and I always felt like I had the choice to walk away at anytime, which was a nice change from some past dealership experiences. . Everything about buying from Motortrust was positive and I'd recommend them to others without hesitation.

Although I've had a few teething problems with my Tiguan from Motortrust, I feel quite happy with how they've handled everything. Mark and the guys were really supportive/understanding, and made sure I had a courtesy car whilst they worked on mine. The fault's been rectified quickly and at no additional cost. so I'd say they handled everything extremely well in my opinion.

The VW Golf we bought's for the wife and I've not heard any complaints so everything's fine - She's really enjoying it actually. The service from Motortrust was exactly as expected and the chaps did their job well and I’ve got no complaints either.

I'll always buy from the guys at Motortrust as they consistently deliver excellence. Greg & Kalum helped me this time around and they were both absolutely brilliant. I bought this Octavia pretty quickly - It's a limited edition, one of only 300 ever made so when I saw it, I bought it immediately. I think it'd been in stock for less than an hour actually haha! I'm absolutely over the moon with it! No doubt I’ll be popping in again soon for a coffee when I’m passing. If you're reading this, I can’t recommend them enough!

The Velar's my first Range Rover and it’s a lovely car. I bought it from the guys at Motortrust in Lancaster and Kalum was the salesman who helped me out. He got everything sorted quickly and everything was spot-on, just as you’d expect really.

After driving round all day visiting various other dealerships, something just didn't feel right. I'd pretty much given up hope before I popped into Motortrust Lancaster for my last visit of the day. Nick greeted me and we instantly hit it off. He really knew his stuff and despite the Nissan X-Trail's being generally out of budget, he managed to find one in my price range. I feel very lucky to have secured it as it ticks all the boxes. Christmas definitely came early and I'm chuffed to bits. Thanks Nick, Gareth.

My little Yaris is a lovely little car and although I don't do a huge amount of miles, it's perfect for nipping about town.

Kalum helped me out really efficiently, answered all my questions, and gave me some good assurance I was making good choices.
