Straightforward process, no pressure or pushiness on the sale at all, Ben was professional and helpful, I got seen to right away, I didn't ever feel that I was left waiting around. The car itself is great, I've had a good run around in it and not one issue has come up, so I am a pleased customer.

I am pleased with the vehicle, there was a few little dint's in it which i didn't notice until after I bought it which I did find a little disappointing, I have since had these taken out and apart from that everything is okay, Customer service was all okay so no other complaints. It was a fairly straightforward process.

it was the quality of their vehicles and the speed with which they sold that led us to keep any eye out for our Ford Ranger - when we saw the one we wanted, Tommy could not of been more helpful. Whilst it took a while to get the truck to us (circumstances beyond their control), it was very well presented - before that it was serviced and they corrected everything in the AA report (there wasn't much), and also did a chassis paint all included - they might not be the cheapest but you pay for what you get and their service is top notch and they only sell the best second hand vehicles - highly recommended and massive thanks to Tommy

loving the RR Evoque – it’s been getting on really well. The one thing I need to double check is whether the charging unit was placed in the back of the car. Amber was great throughout but she was off on the day of handover and there was a gentleman that took over who's name I can't remember, but both she and her colleague were really helpful. The whole experience was laid back which I really appreciated. Really pleased.
