My daughter passed her test the week before we bought the VW Polo from average Amber at Wheelers (she'll get the joke) and she's absolutely loving it. She's actually been pretty sensible in her first car and we've had no joyriding yet ha! I'm giving Amber a well deserved five stars as she done a really good job...I literally couldn't fault her. She noticed a scrape on the wing-mirror which I'd missed so she got it resprayed for me there and then. It took a while so she was good enough to drop me up to Clarkson's farm for an hour or so, then picked me back up when it was ready. Honestly can't praise her enough.

Even though I’ve only had the Navara since last Thursday I’ve already done around 700 miles in it. I’d been looking for one for a while and it’s spot-on for both work and general everyday driving. I hadn’t come across Wheelers before so I took the time to read through a few of their reviews before enquiring and they definitely lived up to my expectations. The service was excellent, the car was presented clean and tidy, and they stuck to their word which meant a lot. 5/5 experience.

Ryan was absolutely great! Being heavily pregnant he really understood how important it was to get everything sorted quickly for us. I'm actually due this weekend, so it's a huge relief to have our family car ready to go! With a bit of baby brain I accidentally left some items in my previous car, but Ryan had them sent back to me straight away. He was amazing and we honestly can’t thank him and the team at Wheelers Chipping Norton enough.

Collected my car about a week ago but I had a really good experience at Wheelers. I knew exactly what I wanted and the purchase itself was wrapped up in around 15 minutes. It was a little frustrating to wait two weeks for the car to be prepped (ideally I was hoping to collect it within a few days) but overall I’m very impressed. Their cars are well-presented and they have a much better stock selection compared to other dealerships I’ve visited. I’d definitely use them again and have no hesitation in recommending to others.

I chose this dealership because of their strong reputation and I’m really pleased with my Smart Fourfour so far, I just hope it continues to impress. I was looking to downsize and ideally wanted something in a bright colour, but I have to say, the grey I ended up with is a real head-turner. The metallic paint is so shiny I’ve had countless compliments. Thanks to everyone at Wheelers in Chipping Norton for their help.

All’s grand with our Land Rover Discovery! Although we’ve only driven it home so far, we’re really pleased with it. Things got off to a tricky start when the car we originally went to view wasn’t there, but Ben quickly turned the situation around. He was very apologetic and went out of his way to make things as easy as possible—including sending detailed walk-round videos and keeping us well-informed. In the end it wasn’t a wasted trip—it actually gave us a chance to see firsthand the high standard of vehicles Wheelers offer and the quality of their preparation. It really boosted our confidence in the dealership. The team did exactly what they said they would, exactly when they said they would. Despite the initial hiccup they’re still absolutely deserving of five stars

I’d been searching for a Ford Ranger for a while when one advertised by Wheelers caught my eye. Chipping Norton is about 45 minutes from me, so I arranged to visit and take a look. Tom greeted me and was really helpful in setting up a test drive. The customer service from everyone at the dealership was perfect. Honestly, spot on. The only reason I’m not giving full marks is that I had to wait three weeks to get the truck. Unfortunately during that time, my partner had an accident which left us without transport much sooner than expected. That said, I completely understand the change in circumstances wasn’t Wheelers’ fault and I’m chuffed with the Ranger and the service overall.
