I’m enjoying the Jaguar XJ, everything was good in terms of the sale. There are a couple of sensors that need replacing, the dealer is working with me to book it back in as my work schedule can be a bit awkward. Ben was really good during the sale he was quite enthusiastic about the car, he was a nice friendly guy.

My experience at the North West Trade Centre was really good. I saw the Fabia online on Autotrader and it looked reliable. The communication after the sale could have been better, as it was confusing to know when I could pick up the Skoda Fabia. However, during the sales process Ben was very helpful.

Everything is going well with the Ford S-Max from North West Trade Centre, the team were very helpful, and reassured me told me if I had any issues they would sort them. I found some issues on the test drive and they got them fixed before I collected the car.

The BMW 1 series alright. There are a lot of scratches that have shown up after a couple of weeks and the wheels have started squeaking. The car didn’t come with a warranty so it’s all on me. Jake was good, he was nice and he helped me through the sales process.

Service was good and the salesman was kind and patient. However, I have inquired about the status of a logbook (since none was provided) and was ignored.

The Peugeot 207 is working well, a lot better than my previous car. Jake was really helpful with sorting out my budget for me. I was looking for a cheaper car and was desperately in need of something. I don’t think I have ever dealt with anyone like Jake, he was on the ball all the time and he made everything so effortless. The whole purchasing process only took a couple of days, and I didn’t have to chase anything. The staff really knew what they were doing and worked really hard. They were all also really polite and professional.

Stuart kept me appeased all the time and let me know when I could collect it and everything. I’ve had to apply for a new V5C for Vauxhall. The Northwest Trade Centre had a wide choice of vehicles, and the staff were very helpful and nice.

The C3 Aircross has been brilliant, it’s had a small issue where it didn’t want to start one morning, but that’s its. When I initially went into the dealership to have a look at different C3 they had trouble finding it and it had a few more extra miles than I would have preferred. My son found another C3 Aircross from Motortrust in a different branch with only 16,000 miles. I brought it up to my guy he called the other branch for me. Jake was lovely during the sales process.

I was looking around online for a Peugeot 2008 and saw they had one at North West Trade Centre at the right price, the chap i spoke to was very friendly and helpful

I have been buying cars to trade from the Trade Centre. I bought the 1 series from them with a couple bit of body work that needed doing that I was happy with however a couple mechanical issues came up I had to resolve myself. I have also been having issue with getting the V5C as the dealers are having issues finding which auction the car came from. Asides from the sales experience with Kieran has been great, he has been trying to help me as much as possible with the V5.
