As fuel prices have gone through the roof, this is our first electric car. I've had numerous cars from V12 Sports and Classics. My experience at V12 was good. I saw them on google and my friend has already bought a car from them so I went there. I would have liked a service done on the car but the staff were very good. Kuljit was the salesman and he gave all the details in a very brief polite way, I really liked that. My family will be using them in the future.

Everything is going well with the Peugeot E-2008 I got from V12, I did notice the tyre pressure needs to be checked but I haven’t had the time yet, my experience with the dealership was good, they helped me sort the finance I do think they could of communicated better. But overall it was good everything was sorted on the same day

I enquired online about a Ford Focus and received a quick response from Joshua Thomas, who was very helpful and informative. The dealership made the credit application process straightforward and reserved the car for me. They were flexible with appointment times, which I appreciated after travelling four hours to visit. No issues, I’m enjoying the van. It’s nice to drive. I’ve not dealt with them before. I was pleased with how easy and quick it was sorted. Straight forward process. Josh was really good. He sorted things out with no hassles, nothing too much trouble. He got everything sorted. I went back the same day to collect. I've already recommend them to family and friends and will be returning to go electric in the future.

We knew what we wanted, we fancied an electric car. We went to another dealership and saw the BMW model we liked and started looking from there. I saw the one we bought at V12 which had more spec than advertised so we were pleased. Joshua was the sales guy; he was a good lad from start to finish. He wanted to push certain things like finance but that wasn’t anything we wanted to do. It was a good experience all the way thorough, it didn’t feel pressured. They could probably benefit from being a bit bigger as they have a lot of cars but it was really good.

I wanted an electric car and I found one on Autotrader which was a good price and mileage I wanted. The sales guy said it charges overnight but I takes 40 hours to fully charge. The original charger comes with the car so now I need to install the proper charger which is more expensive but you find out later on. I only got one key a swell but you usually get two, I don’t know. Apart from that, everything seems ok.
