I live about 60-70 miles away from the dealership, however I came across a Ford ranger online that I really wanted When I went to view it in person I actually preferred the one next to it so took it for a test drive, was pleased with the condition and price and went ahead with it. The only downside was having to wait a few weeks to get it however I would still rate the overall experience a 5 out of 5.

I needed a van quick as mine previous one broke and I use it for work. I was looking online when I came across Wheelers and conveniently they were just up the road. Tom who I dealt with was very good, made it a quick turnaround without any hassle. The Transit I got is running fine, had no issues so far.

There is no other dealership I would use, I have purchased around 12 cars from Wheelers now and have never had any issues with them. The service has always been great as well as the cars. I actually phoned Tommy the other day to look at getting a Ford Ranger. I wouldn't rate them anything less than a 5 and of course will be using them again. Thank you to everyone at the dealership.

So far so good, Harry was brilliant, explained everything well and made sure the car was cleaned for me prior to leaving. I am happy with the service and would rate it a 5 star!

Dealt with Tom at Wheelers he was friendly and polite and just very pleasant to deal with throughout. We did have an issue with some warning lights coming on about a week after purchase, however the team at wheelers were really good in getting us in and getting it sorted quickly, which was appreciated. And fingers crossed everything is now running okay. The initial customer service was all fine as mentioned. The only criticism I would give is the wait time to get the car was longer than expected. But overall I am happy so I am rating a 4 out of 5 stars.

I was looking on Autotrader when I saw a car I liked, the pictures and description were all accurate when I went to see the car in person, I didn't feel like anything had been hidden. The customer service from Ben was really good, he was helpful, friendly and even offered me a drink. There wasn't any pressure on the sale. It was quick while I was there in regards to being able to test drive, however there was a bit of a delay until I could actually take the car home. I think this was due to the christmas period so I didn't mind to much as I still had my previous vehicle. Once I finally picked it up, the car had, had it's MOT and service done. I haven't had any problems at all with it, would rate a 5 star for my experience.

I recently purchased a Peogeot Rifter from Wheelers. Everything was so simple with no sales pressure. Amber deserves a special mention for being patient with me and understanding. I cannot recommend Wheelers enough and they will definitely be top of the list for vehicles in the future.
