I had the BMW delivered to me and the communication on whatsapp was really smooth. I have some issue with it but I took it back to the Motortrust UK and they fixed it. It would have been a 5 if there was no issue originally.

3, I would of gave more if I didn't have problems with the car as in a faulty battery and the parking sensors not working (which still dont work), I gave the 3 because of nathan and how professional he was to get things sorted for me and keeping me up to date until the sale purchase happened

I’m getting on well with the Mercedes. I was impressed with the AA service that came to do the 128-point check and if I had any problems, they got a guy on site which would try sort it out. The only problem I have is with the auto shine however the young salesman Nathan was willing to help.

I purchased a Jaguar I-Pace about a month ago now, it is perfect had no problems I am happy with it. I wasn't intending on getting an electric vehicle but when I saw the car I liked how it looked so I went off and did some research on electric and went for it. I am very happy in my decision. The buying process was great, very relaxed and there wasn't any pushiness from Carl who I dealt with. I was allowed to take my time and do my research before coming to a final decision. When I did pick up the car it was cleaned like new, honestly couldn't fault anything about the whole experience I had!

I've found it sound so far. The BMW was good value for money and Ben who helped me was sound, he went out his way for us. It was a good deal for a quality car.

Overall, I love the car! The car was presented well at the dealership and Conor who dealt with me was 10/10, he he sorted out the finance and it was all done in 10 minutes!

The Ford C-Max seems to be working well since the purchase. I thought the service was brilliant. We already knew what car we wanted, we didn't take it on a test drive. We just fired it up and everything sounded okay. Based on our experience at MotorTrust, we would recommend it to others. Without doubt the top rating.

Enjoying my new upgrade, I was happy with the customer service, I'd give it a solid 4 stars. The only thing I'd say they could improve on is to give a more specific explanation of the warranty.
