Motortrust Lancaster is very local to me. Louis was really good on the day, the whole process went fine and I’d recommend people ask to speak with him. The dealership lot was nice however it was a bit cramped with cars.

I booked a viewing over the phone the next day before, but got held up, no worries at all when I did turn up, still able to take it for a test drive and Louis made it seem like he had all the time to answer questions about driving a hybrid and an automatic, both of which were new to me. Very clear communication about all aspects of the finance process and I am really pleased with the purchase.

Five star experience

I’ve been with Motortrust Lancaster a couple of times now., I’ve had a Discovery from them before that my son brought off me. I’ve gone back to Motortrust to get the Jaguar F-Pace as driven Jaguars for years and I like them. Carl was very good, I’ve dealt with Connor before and he was good as well and the Manager Greg is a lovely fella.

Really pleased with the car, I’ve wanted an S3 for a while. The finance company I used and they recommended me to Motor Trust Lancaster so I went down to them. The salesman was absolute pleasure to deal with. Carl was a very nice guy, he was great. He let me have a test drive and was courteous. The car was ready on the day they said it would be and everything was bang on. It was cleaned to a good standard and everything was easy & straightforward.

The purchase of the BMW 1 Series was okay. I did have to take the car back as it had a few issues however Motortrust managed to supply me with the refund which I did appreciate. Communication throughout the process could have been better, I felt like I had to a lot of chasing.

It was a fine experience with them, I can’t say it was wonderful, but I do like the car. It was the best option when it came to the condition for the MG. However I felt like there could have been better management guidance as I noticed the lads could be a bit chatty at times.

Motortrust seemed a good fit for us, they were nearby where we live and had good reviews online. Connor who sorted us out was very informative, already recommended my friend!

BMW X6 is doing alright, I did have a bit of an issue with the engine failure with the SOS system but other than that, it’s been fine. I saw that Motortrust had good reviews and was a decent one to go for, so I just went for it. The customer service was decent, no regrets really.
