5 really enjoying the car, great experience dealing with the company

My new BMW 1 Series has been bang on, and so was the service I received at Phantom. It was a smooth experience, I would recommend it to others.

Absolutely love the Discovery we got from Phantom Motor Company. Our previous car was coming to the end of its life, so it was time for an upgrade. Nothing was too much for Amir at the dealership, he was happy to help. Would 100% buy from them again.

Really good so far with the Mini. When we picked it up the window did have a chip in but apart from that it was all standard positive. Chelsea was lovely and looked after us which was appreciated.

I’ve been with Volkswagen for 14 years, so I wanted a bit of a change, so I thought I'd try the Audi Q3. It’s been fine so far, the reviews were really good so I went with Phantom. I did appreciate how they sprayed the alloys black as I didn’t fancy silver. It was all good and Chelsea was amazing who I dealt with.

The BMW is good, running good and made some adjustments with it. The way the guys approached the situation was good, I managed to get it for a good price. Overall, everything was perfect!! If I could give them a 10, I would. I will be coming back again soon for my girlfriend.

The Lexus is lovely! The team were really professional at Phantom Motors and had a lot of high-class cards in sight. The only negative I could mention would be the administration fee which costed £200. Other then that, the way they handled the deal was really good, great aftersales all in all.

Since purchase everything has been fine, there was a warning light that came on but it went by itself so no issue there. We found the dealership on Autotrader, we had heard of the name Phantom and seen the reviews for it, and decided to go to the dealership. Dealt with Gary we spoke to him initially over the phone and then again when we went to the dealership. When we went to collect there was some issues with the service that was done so we weren't able to take it home. However gary got it delivered to us free of charge. This was on time. Everything was perfect from them on. Would rate the overall experience a 4/5 as it wasn't perfect but everything got sorted and I was pleased.

Excellent service, quick to respond to queries. Impressed with finish/quality of the car purchased. Gave market average for my part exchange, and didnt charge extra for issues that were mentioned previously. (Paint spots etc ) On part exchange.

Phantom was great, customer service was all great no problems at all. Five stars.
