I got my previous car from Phantom Motor Company, so it was a no brainer when I was looking for the BMW 1 series, it was the right car at the right time! All around it was spot on.

Buying the actual Golf R was absolutely great, but having to try and get anything done on the warranty has been difficult. After two weeks of ownership the flywheel started knocking and we’ve been trying to deal with the warranty to get it resolved. I always wanted a Golf R and I came across the one listed by Phantom on Autotrader which was local to use. The whole dealership process with Chelease was spot on, everyone was really friendly and the experience wasn’t stressful.

Mazda Cx-60 is getting on great, Amir was quite good as well.

All good with the Audi A3 from Phantom Motor Company, they did a good service everything was good, the salesperson I dealt with was very helpful.

My car is fantastic, spot on. We saw it on the web so after making an appointment we went over to see it. The staff were good lads and I was appreciative of everything but they were very busy on the day so there was a slight wait to test drive the car but they looked after us. As soon as they were free they were able to process it all. Matt knew his stuff. I would return.

No issues with the VW Touareg. They are nice guys at the dealership. I went there based on how they treat their customers, their flexibility and the communication. Jack was very nice. It was my 1st time dealing with them and I’ve already recommended them.

I’m happy with the car. The only issue I had was some small issues which weren’t dealt with when they said they would fix it but Matt was alright, they have been kind.
