I came across the car on Auto Trader then followed up with a Google search of the dealership where I spoke to Ryan. There were no issues service-wise and everything went smoothly. Communication was consistent and they always made sure I had everything I needed answering all my questions etc. Nobody’s ever perfect but I’m scoring Wheelers a strong 4.5 out of 5.

I’m actually sat in Wheelers at the minute waiting to have my park assist looked at, so I can say the service I’ve received both during the sale and afterwards has been great! I’d definitely recommend them to others.

All's great with the car...I mean it's still got all four wheels etc haha. Very happy to have Wheelers as my local dealership in Chipping Norton. The vehicle preparation time ended up being four or five weeks which was a tad annoying, but then again it's good to know they're not selling me a dog!

No issues with the car at all — I’ve done about 1,500 miles in 4 weeks so it’s had a proper run. The only frustrating part with Wheelers was the prep time. It took around 4 weeks from when I said yes, which is the longest I’ve ever waited for a car. Maybe they could think about prepping them before advertising? But apart from that, all’s good.

The wife's absolutely loving it and she's already clocked up a fair few miles to be fair! We couldn't have asked for better service from Tom at Wheelers Chipping Norton. He was polite, professional and did a brilliant job.

All’s fine with the car now, however I must admit we were more than a little disappointed to find the battery had completely died by the first morning of ownership. I do think battery condition checks would be beneficial, especially when cars have been sat on the forecourt for a while.

Working in construction I needed a pickup and the Mercedes X-Class is perfect. Amber was spot on and everything was sound. My only minor complaint is that prep took around 2–3 weeks which was a bit frustrating, but I understand these things can’t always be helped when they’re so busy. I guess it’s a good sign if they’re selling that many vehicles!

Bought from Wheelers back in the 90s and I can confirm after revisiting, the service is still just as good today. Great bunch and the car’s been fine so far though I don’t do many miles per annum so it won't be used lots.

We've had no issues with the car & feel happy with our choice. Amber was also incredibly efficient. A piece of constructive feedback for the dealership would be to be a little friendlier in their negotiations, but we're pretty happy overall.

Amber was fantastic! No pushy sales and such an easy and straightforward process, everything was taken care of so all I had to do was enjoy it!
