Definitely recommend Motortrust based on my experience purchasing the Toyota C-HR, the staff were very nice and friendly. I really like the car.

The experience with Motortrust was alright. I do think it could be more personal rather than just a purchase. Other than that, I did fancy the model design of the Audi-E TRON.

Needed a new car for the business so I spotted the Citroen Grand C4. Everything was grand and the staff were all really pleasant. I would have appreciated however if the car was ready when I got there since I came over from Ireland.

We are local to Motortrust Lancaster, so we went for a drive round and found the Jeep, it has been brilliant with no issues at all. Everything was really good at the dealership, happy with the car and the service.

I pretty much wanted a car quickly and was after something decent because of my little boy. The whole experience was perfect, it was all quite quick and efficient. I dealt with Connor over at the dealership, when I told him what I was after he took me through the choices and made some suggestions.

I went to Motortrust UK Lancaster as they had the particular car I wanted. In the run up to collection, the salesperson Ben who was a nice lad, could have done things a little different and kept me informed. It took 3-4 weeks to collect. I wasn’t happy with a few things on the MOT which I asked to be fixed so I don’t know if that was the reason for the delay. I never test drove the car so bought it blind and Ben didn’t show me round it on collection. He gave me the keys and left me with no idea how to work it. My husband had to go back in and ask however I’m happy with the car, it was valeted and clean on collection, no complaints about that. I would return and have already recommended them.

The car is good but I do have some outstanding issues which the sales guys are working with me on. Ben the sales guy has been good. He’s been responding to everything i've asked for and offered me a courtesy car as the local garages to me aren’t able to get the work done so I’m taking it back to him to sort. On the whole, the dealership have been brilliant. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I found the a3 online and took interest in it due to the very low milage, 3100 miles on a 21 plate car! Connor rang me back, I arranged for a viewing, and then within a week all the paperwork was done and I collected the A3. I’m happy with it and I’ve been driving it for the last couple of weeks, its been a good drive. I’ve had a very good experience with Motortrust in Lancaster, the whole process was hassle free and everything went through fine.

Louis was great, I still have to thank him for sending up the manual and the spare keys to me. I really enjoyed the car for the 6 days that I had it for until someone drove into the back of me, it’s currently in the process of being repaired. Motortrust had the right price on the Discovery when I was looking around, which made me go look at it, the staff at the dealership were nice.

All is good with the BMW 1 Series. The people at the dealership were lovely. There were a few issues after purchase which needed to be resolved and took a while to get a response and get the work approved, but it was all sorted in the end, and I'd recommend it. Motor trust to others
