Cant fault Motortrust Lancaster

I bought a Mercedes E-Class from Motor Trust and I love the car. The experience at the dealership was very good. Ben was really helpful throughout, and everything was handled well. I’d definitely recommend the dealership to others based on my experience.

So far so good. I was just looking around on Autotrader and saw the car. The mileage was good and I looked at reviews about the company which were better. I would have given a higher score if they had helped me with the paperwork online but Chad was the sales guy and everything went smoothly.

I found the dealership on Autotrader and read the reviews. I needed a seven seater and had a bad experience with BMW and chose the Kia Sorento. The car has been back to the garage to be looked at as there is a potential issue with the rear differential but I’ve got the car back now and it drives fine. When I called about the problem they said they will sort it out and everything is fine. My experience overall was really straightforward. Louis was vey helpful.

I went to North West Trade Centre as they were local. Since having the car, the tyre pressure sensor light is on and I spoke to the dealer but no action taken. On the day, Chad always text me back when I asked a question and got the wheels done a week later for me. They were welcoming and I would return.

I dealt with Connor over at the Lancaster branch, my experience with him was perfect! I was looking around for a Focus ST and the best one I could fine was a Motortrust Lancaster, it was quite a travel as I’m from Newcastle. I was really happy with how the car was prepared the car for me, it was very clean!

The previous car broke down and I needed a new one. My family bought a car from here a few days prior and had a good experience with them so I went to Motortrust UK Lancaster. The process was pretty fast, I didn’t feel like I was rushed into anything. Carl was really friendly.

I’m happy the I-Pace, I was the nearest one to me with the correct spec. I was sold some warranty insurance as well that I wasn’t sure about, so I ended up cancelling it. I was impressed with the quick turnaround at the dealership.

Happy with the car. I was after a specific Mercedes and they had the car which had everything I wanted on it. Louis was good. He got everyone a drink and had the car prepared nicely for the test drive, I would recommend.

I chose the car as it was a low mileage automatic. At the time it seemed an alright car but It needed the windscreen replaced as it had a water leak, engine management light came on, front tyres replaced as they were perished. We went to three garages and eventually got the issues sorted. Carl was decent and he worked through everything that needed to be sorted out.
