I am very happy with the service. I applied online and got approved for car Finance and apart from a courtesy call there was no pushy sales and I was left alone to decide. However, once I made my mind up they were always available and able to provide reassurance and answer any questions. The whole process was simple and went smoothly. I would definitely recommend these if your looking to purchase a car on finance.

I could not have asked for a better person than Gaz, Gaz helped me from start to end, I got a car from another finance company and it had to be sent back to them because I had nothing but problems with it. At first they was unsure if they could help me, because the car had only been sent back to them but Gaz managed to work his magic and got me a car the very same day. I had a Peugeot through Concept and I was involved in an accident so my car got written off. Gaz and Becky have been fantastic arranging to get me another car which is another Peugeot but this one is more economical than my old car, it does have a lot more buttons to get use to but I love it. It was plain sailing all the way through sorting this out for me and they both worked hard together to get me another car sorted quickly so I was not off the road for long at all.
