We needed a new car, as my daughter is learning to drive, so we needed a car that was a manual. Firstly, Carl was really helpful throughout the process. The only thing I will say is that the floor mat had a rip in it that I didn't notice upon collection, but other than that, it was all good.

Getting on well with the Skoda, very good. I had seen the adverts online and on google and seen MotorTrust had good reviews. When i picked it up it was a bit cold and I was told that the car had a service done but I had no proof of that. I do like the fact they have AA checks, and they let me take it out for a drive by myself which i was a surprised about, they seemed very trustworthy. The car was very clean and looked in good condition.

Everything seems alright so far, I had my old car for ages so it was time to recycle the convenience. We had a look online and MotorTrust had the particular Ford we were looking for. We did have a little problem, it had the engine light coming on a couple weeks after it was purchased. I got it fixed at a local garage, and it was paid back pretty quickly. They were quite friendly and sorted us out quickly.

I have been loving my new Mini Hatch. I'm really happy with the service I received, and Ben was really helpful. I would give it 5 out of 5 stars.

Generally I think my new car is going alright. I did have to get 2 new tyres on it last month, I've not done that many miles on it but I know it had a AA test on it before I bought it so I'm not sure about that. But apart from that there has been no issues. I think it may of been Nathan who was helping me down there, as I was trying to find out about the service history to make sure all the warranty would be valid, but I haven't heard back from him from my emails. I initially wanted to ask this as a service light came on and wanted to make sure the warranty wouldn't be void. Previously I was driving a Qashqai which was about 14 years old and due a change, I actually bought a car in-between this new one and the Qashqai but that turned out to be a disaster. The style I wanted was a soft top and a bit of speed, and because I wasn't buying new there wasn't a whole lot of choice, I found Motortrust on Autotrader and they have the choice for me, I did get on well with the chap that sold it and we had a good few chats and when we were ready to pick it up it was all ready to go, so would say it was pretty smooth!

My mum recommended I go to Motortrust, as she has bought from them before. They were all good lads, and the Mercedes A Class I bought has been driving perfectly, and now I've bought from them myself, I would definitely recommend them. Top notch full marks.

Everything is going fine with no problems at all, my old Dodge Nitro was showing its age and coming up for an MOT which I knew I'd have to spend some money on it. I was having a wander round the garage wasting time and saw it and quite fancied it so thought why not, I looked at online at a couple but this one fairly handy. The road tax on my big old 4-wheel drive was nearly 700 quid, and this Range Rover is much cheaper. Everything just hit the right note and the right time. Only thing was that it was a bit quiet on the day, but that might have just been me yet everything was fine.

I'm enjoying the car very much so, just an upgrade as my old car was tired, so I just upgraded to a new better car. I chose MotorTrust as they just had the Jaguar I liked on Autotrader. I'm missing some paperwork which I need to call about and there was a nut broken in the wheel which I have fixed myself. The customer experience was fine, they answered my questions and were very courteous.

A lovely car I'm made up with it, every time I get in it puts a smile on my face. My other car got written off, so I thought I may as well get the Golf, thought I'd treat myself. Was kinda forced to get it but at least I got a car I’ve always wanted so why not. MotorTrust came up on credit karma as a good match so that’s what I went for. Experience was quick the lady shown me a couple of the cars that I asked about I think it was about 4, so I went for the grey one. But very quick and no problems at all. Abbie sorted it all out for me very quick and happy days. 5 stars hassle free I’m surprised how easy it was really.

All good customer service, within half an hour I was down the road. They had the cheapest deal around for the car for that year and mileage. The only thing I would say is when we got the car it didn’t come with a spare wheel or a puncture repair kit but I've sorted that. It was a straight forward part exchange, I'd give them 5*
