I urgently needed to get another car because my old car packed in on me and my girlfriends uncle told me to try Concept Car Credit because he got a car from them in the past and found the service to be really good. I have struggled to get finance in the past so I did not have much hope with my chances but these were able to help me when others couldn't and Gaz who dealt with me was amazing and got everything done within a couple of hours for me so I was able to drive away in my Ford Fiesta. This is one of the best experiences I have had with a dealer and because of this my girlfriend also decided to buy a car off them.

We found out about Concept Car Credit in Manchester off a friend of ours who recommended them to us. We travelled a fair distance to come to see them and on arrival we was made to feel very welcome, it was a really quick and straightforward process with them. From looking at the car and taking it for a test drive to completing all of the paperwork this was done in no time at all and we was driving away in our new Audi before we knew it.

Really enjoying my new car I got through Concept Car Credit, I needed something bigger so the Qashqai just made sense. I’ve probably had it a month so I would say I am fully used to it by now and haven't had any issues start to finish which is always a bonus. I am a returning customer to Concept, first I bought my car a year or so ago I took a trip to see Gaz and the team again for my daughter’s car. I have never had an issue, we noticed something with the car when we were looking and they fixed it there and then for us, my daughter loves her new car and when I'm ready for a change, I'll be back to see what they can offer me. I love my new Ford Mondeo from Concept Cars, it's smashing! I traded from a Qashqai, I loved my old car but wanted to go back to a hatchback instead of an SUV. It's been great and without issue so far and going to Concept Car Credit was a faultless experience. They had a nice selection and something for every budget. Fabulous job!
