Purchased a car from aim cars on monday,car was delivered tuesday afternoon,really easy pleasant transaction,staff were helpful and friendly and the car was just what i was looking for and in excellent condition.if i was to look for another car in the future,aim cars would the first place i would look.

I was looking for a car and someone recommended Aim Cars to me . The car was in really good condition and it was nice to test drive on our own . Luke could not have been more polite and helpful . I would buy another car from them and recommend them to my friends.

I've brought cars off aim cars for the past 4 years All ways had a great service good quality cars well serviced would highly recommend aim cars to anyone in the market for a car.
Recently purchased a used focus from aim cars, well priced,a good deal.Not too pushy,would recommend.
Phoned Aim Cars twice to arrange to see a car. Was told it was being serviced but would be available to view next day. Went 40 miles out of our way in the opposite direction from other cars we wanted to view. When we arrived we were told it was at the service garage. We were sent across Newark to see a car with the bonnet up and engine in pieces. Wouldn’t have touched it with a barge pole. Not sure on what level this dealer thought any of this was acceptable. Complete waste of time and, based on this experience, would steer well clear!

Sorry to hear the feedback you have given, We always advise all potential customers to contact us prior to travelling on the day to view any of our car to ensure the vehicle is still available. On this occasion you rang us on a Wednesday to arrange a viewing on a Saturday, We advised you to give us a call Saturday morning prior to travelling to ensure the car was available. We mentioned to you the vehicle was having service work carried out which didn't seem a problem to you at the time and you suggested you would still like to view the car. We didn't receive any phone call, When you turned up on Saturday the car was still in the service department as previously mentioned and you was happy to view it there. The car was having a new Rocker cover gasket to repair a minor oil leak, We where transparent and weren't hiding anything throughout this process. If you would have mentioned your dissatisfaction we would of been more then happy reimburse your travelling costs. Further apologies.
You can trust them, I went to view a car which was exactly as described, which filled my with confidence from the start. A little issue arose but they sorted it so cant complain!

I recently purchased a car from here and cannot fault the service I received. Vehicle was serviced, MOT'd and freshly valleted. Had no problems with the car at all and the service I received was friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend!

Purchased a Mercedes c class from James, without seeing the vehicle he went around and described the car perfectly and i was happy to trust his word and buy un seen, had a slight niggle the window wiper motor started to fail, But he collected the car from me fitted a new one and delivered back the same day whilst i was at work. i couldn't Thank James and his staff enough for an easy and pleasant purchase. Highly recommend.

Bought a car, tyres sealed to wheels using silicon, which can cause tyres to slip around rims under hard breaking. Brake cable broke within a week. Very poor after sales, not replying to messages, despite car being under warranty. I wouldn’t trust these guys.

Sorry to hear this feedback. All of our vehicles are independently Mot and serviced. We sell between 50+60 cars per month, 95% of our customers drive away happy. All of our vehicles are supplied with a 3 month extendable warranty. In this case you advised us of a couple of teething problems. We offered to pay the cost of repairs at your local garage but are still awaiting an invoice from them to send a payment for repairs. Regards
